I don’t ever leave reviews but feel like I’d be doing my fellow man/woman a disservice if I didn’t. Don’t be stupid like me by giving this car wash multiple chances. My car is now dirtier since using this wash. The dryer doesn’t dry and the initial rinse cuts off once your car makes it halfway through the door. And unless you’re in the mood to be pissed off, forget about trying to get a refund.
I will delete this review if you do the right thing and close your car wash.

I”m a regular customer at that BP station, and the service has been awful lately. I have to wait or search for the cashier to ring me up. And where can I find her? She's blatantly playing the slots when she should be at her cashier station. It's not just once; it's happened many times. If she's not at the casino, she's on the phone or locked in the office. Terrible service. On other days, another girl seems distracted, like she's drunk. I don't know if the owners are unaware of the staff they have there. The service at that gas station is truly awful. Now, I'm switching to the Shell station next door. I'd say the service there is excellent. Nothing compares to that BP station with those two girls. I just ask the owner to pay attention.

Warch what you biy from the coolers. They are selling expired drinks. My juice drink was three months past expiration and I drank it and could tell it was expired as it tasted terribly. Almost threw up while driving it was so bad.
This place seems like a negative hole from all the other reviews. If I was BP I would be losing my S right now with all the negative reviews that bear the BP name.
Had I not drove 30 minutes away at the point of drinking the expired drink. I would have brought it right back amd gotten a refund and never came back. I will not be back amd I hope this place gets shut down. Someone with a sense of how a business is ran needs to buy this and transform it. The location is great, current ownership is not doing their job and needs to be relieved of duties. Or shut down for health code violations so that someone else can come in and run a reputable business.

Looks nice from outside, thought about buying smth but after you use the restroom(men’s), you loose interest to buy anything. No soap, can not dry your hands, smells bad, not clean at all
Doesn’t feel like they care about customers
The neighbor gas station(SHELL) is a lot cleaner

Not sure if it's Google map or gas station itself. $3.59..Not $3.29. Same with Shell gas station right next door .. $3.59. in Google maps it shows $2.95! Significant difference!!

Do not go to this bp!!! Went to this bp on February 16, swiped my debit card and found out they had no gas. Not only that they put a75 dollar hold on my card which I know is standard but it has been 8 days since and the transaction is still pending even though I didn't spend a dime there and this is not only an inconvenience but also annoying because they do not answer the phone there and I don't live in the area and will have to travel 40 minutes to go back there and get this issue resolved.

Always an issue with the car wash. Prices were raised significantly and they no longer take credit card. The last time I was there the woman that works at the register gave me such a nasty attitude after I asked for a refund on the car wash as it did not work after waiting 25 minutes. No need for me to put up with such bs as there are plenty of gas stations in the area with comparable prices and better customer service. I will no longer be getting gas or my car washed at this location. At the price they are charging I might as well get my car professionally hand washed.

Does the car wash ever work? I give up. First you don’t take card, then I go to use cash and there’s no washes available. What’s the point of the big green OPEN sign then?
