I had the opportunity to speak with Jason today, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was a little nervous going into the conversation, but he made it so easy and comfortable right from the start. He was incredibly helpful. Jason truly focused on understanding my goals and offering an honest, thoughtful assessment of my situation.
After our conversation, I feel more confident and clear about the path ahead. It’s reassuring to know I’m on the right track, and even more so to know that Jason genuinely cares about helping me move forward in my Baby Steps to reach my goal.

Playing with the idea of retiring in the next year or two, I met with Wendy Dudley to review my financial picture to see if this was indeed a possibility. First, Falcon's process of setting up a meeting with an advisor was easy and straight forward. Upon my initial phone call to their main number, everything was explained clearly, which I appreciated, especially since this was my first time reaching out to a financial advising group.
I was fortunate to be assigned to Wendy. Setting up a zoom meeting with her was quick and easy - she had great flexibility within her schedule for us to set up a time that was convenient. Wendy was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk with. She meticulously reviewed every aspect of my finances and provided great insight on the steps I would need to take in order to retire within my targeted timeframe. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone looking to get a second pair of eyes on their finances and on any plans they may have for a pending retirement.

I spoke with Andrea for the intro call. She was super thorough, patient, and motivating - you can for sure tell she's passionate about helping people succeed! After she helped me understand the difference between a financial advisor and coach, I realized a coach was the right way to go at the moment.

They charged (fees) twice as much to the normal industry rate. The rate of return on the investments were pretty bad.
I was doing better on my investments that I picked.
Of all the reports that were presented on my portfolio, not one of the reports was a rate of return.
Yes, I was a client in 2023.

I decided to try speaking with a few fiduciary financial advisers recently. Last up was Nicky Amore from Falcon. Her approach is smart, as it entails a series of appointments (at no cost to the client), during which you become familiar with her and her style, which is calm and very informative. She actually teaches financial courses, so this is basically second nature to her.
I've still not decided if I'm going to sign up with any financial advisers, as some of the best advice I've gotten to date is for me to educate and inform myself much more thoroughly. But once I'm educated, if I want someone to overlook my finances--and chances are that I will--I believe I'll be calling Nicky Amore.
