Horrendous customer service had to call in multiple times for an item to be picked up and got told lie upon lie upon lie. I was assured that someone would pick up the item by tomorrow. My faith in this company is not there.

Terrible customer service! I had to call them 4(!) times to get my replacement bin. I was three weeks without garbage bin, woman from customer service told me I can store my garbage in garbage bags in a garage, that's not a problem!The company should invest some money to train their employees.

A couple years ago a flood brothers truck driver backed up on a one way street and smashed my passenger door on my drivers side and left. I left a voicemail and coordinated with my insurance and they did nothing to address or rectify this.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! CONSTANTLY MISS PICK UP DAYS, LEAVING ME WITH A FULL OF GARBAGE FOR 2-3 WEEKS. INCREASED MY BILL 50% OVER A YEAR. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUYS, REGRET SO MUCH SIGHNING A CONTRACT WITH THEM.

Flood brothers has horrible customer service and service for their commercial accounts. They are quick to add a charge but do not hold up their end of the contract.

Truck #131 Driver did not use his protective tarp! Allowing the contents to fly all over Roosevelt & Canal area in Chicago. Several cardboard pieces measuring approximately 5ft x 5ft were strewn towards the windshields of the drivers in all lanes traveling behind this truck. Putting drivers & pedestrians at risk of injury or death if a vehicle were to crash or swerve. Stu•pidity at it's finest. Laziness and lack of professionalism. When I called to report it - Flood Brothers Customer Service Representative Jackie hung up on me. Absolutely Ridiculous!

Avoid at all costs. They try to double charge you for services and argue with you on the phone. Very poor customer service. They don't care if they retain customers or not.

Don't use this company. They have no respect for other people. They choose when they want to come. Sometimes they show up at 7 am to picked up cans then dont show up until 6 at night on other days.

Their residential service is the best. The drivers are kind & courteous and customer service follows through on promises. Hope we never lose them in our neighborhood.

This company has the WORST customer service!! Be aware. Leave your bins RIGHT on the curb or they will NOT pick it up. Not one inch or 5 feet away. This company is a “not my job not my issue” business. Customer service is terrible, & manager is just as combative as staff. Paying these people for this kind of service is outrageous
