“I do a lot of domestic shipping for my online business. In the past three years, I tried out 6 or 7 UPS stores in my area; I have to say this is THE BEST UPS STORE to do business with. Here are my reasons:1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores.2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items.3) This store is very well maintained and spotless.”

But the best part is that they delivered on time as was promised. Quality of work exceeded our expectations. Installation had some technical issues which were not caused by them.
