I placed an order on doordash. I was supposed to get it in 20 minutes. I called the location and they said the order was on its way. 20 min later still nothing. I called DoorDash and they called the store. Store said same thing. It’s been 30+ min since I called DoorDash and the store. I still haven’t received my sandwich. I’m working I can’t keep checking the front door every other minute that’s why you give come when your supposed too

I ordered my food through the app, it around 12:30, the restaurant was empty except for 3 people waiting to pickup their order. When I arrived one of the 2 guys working shouted out “what’s the name on the order”, I replied with my name, & he replied back that he had the order. The guy making the sandwich had a beard with nomask or hair net that could see. When I sandwich was put on the counter, thinking it was mine, the bearded man shouted, “that’s not yours”! As many other reviewers have pointed out, this location needs some training or the workers should fine another line of work. Next time, I’ll just go to Frankie’s Deli around the corner, it’s a bit less expensive & the people making the sandwich are always nice & polite.

Ordered delivery and with one of the items being the Beach Club. Missing ingredients and the sandwich was bread and a couple of slices of turkey with a pinch of lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. No avocado spread. The worst JJ sandwich I have ever received from JJ. Also, ordered the pasta salad. For 2.89 you would think that they would give you more that a couple of tablespoons of pasta. Tasted so bad. My dog would not even eat it. Delivery was very good. I even called the store to inform them of the missing ingredients, but they just wanted to know the order number and were not concerned of the complaint. I didn't want anything in refund, just wanted to let them know. JJ has just gone down as a place to get food. I will not order from Jimmy John's anymore, which is sad since it was a favorite of mine for a long time.

The sandwiches I ordered on the app were made super fast and were good, however, the employee that works there need to learn customer service skills. A smile would go a long way. Also, the employee that made my sandwiches looked super tired or just was very grumpy. When he asked me to pay for my sandwiches, he also asked me why I'm taking pictures. I told him that I take them to assist my Google Reviews and his response was "I just find that super weird". Thank you for sharing your personal opinion. I appreciate it.

Stay away! I placed an order on doordash. I was supposed to get it in 18 minutes, I took over an hour and a half! I had called the location after waiting for 45 minutes. Tony said the driver was very close and would meet me shortly. It was all a lie, it took another 50 minutes to arrive. Also they were supposed to call me when they dropped off my order and they didnt. The food sucked too, was bland and soggy. Horrible service and food!

We recently had a few amazing experiences at Jimmy John's that deserves a 5 star review. We stopped in for a quick sandwich (late dinner) and we were pleasantly greeted by a friendly and welcoming employee named Mike. This location truly lives up to their branding message of serving sandwiches that are "freaky fast."Mike reflected a high level of hospitality and had positive attitude although it was 20 minutes to closing. This was not our first visit to Jimmy John's, and we can confidently say that JJ's employees at this location consistently deliver exceptional service. Thank you!!In addition to the excellent overall service, we also appreciated the cleanliness. It was evident that great effort was put into maintaining a hygienic and pleasant environment for the customers.Lastly, the sandwiches we ordered were truly wonderful. The taste and quality delish! We would like to extend our gratitude to Mike for going beyond ordinary and raising the bar on hospitality. Thank you!

My working credit card was declined multiple times by their malfunctioning machine and all they did was place the blame on the customer. The first employee stated that the machine has been malfunctioning and several cards were declined on thisnday. The second employee assured me it was an issue with my card. Very poor customer service no alternate solutions There were multiple other machines in the store but they are not willing to try any other machines and kept telling me it was a problem with my card. Double checked with my credit card company card is working perfect. Use card at another store, Jersey Mikes just after this and of course it was approved. So absolutely sure that my card is working and the poor customer service is atrocious. The ignorant or just plain d*** employees need a brush up from management. They refused to provide a card or a complaint form. I will be taking this to their manager and corporate.
