The team at the Oak Brook location is phenomenal. Really & truly. I went in for my yearly check up & everyone was incredibly helpful. Samir was friendly & personable while checking me in & performing the routine eye checks. He was the most patient when I flinched at each instrument coming close to my eye balls, as they must. While I was meandering the frames, looking for my next new face, several of the staff approached to see if I needed assistance in selecting a new pair of glasses. The eye exam itself with Dr. Lingk was speedy & efficient but infused with warmth & care. As someone who has an unusual eye situation, I felt well taken care of. After my exam, Ashley was able to source a pair of frames I’d seen a year ago & fallen in love with! She ordered them into the store for me & held a pair of sunglass frames I picked out as well. Once the frames came in, she called to let me know they were ready to be fit! She sounded as excited as I was! I work late & was by the time I was able to get to the store, the team was starting their closing routine. But they still took the time to fit both my frames & take care of my eyes! Samir again was patient and friendly, cracking jokes & chatting about monster movies while marking my pupils and walking me through lens options. He and Bridget stayed past closing to make sure that my new frames would fit properly and the lenses would be fit perfectly to my eyes. Even though I was the last person in for the day, they took the most amazing care of me! Like I was the first patient of a Tuesday morning after a sleepy 3-day holiday weekend! Not the last person on a Friday night. I would absolutely come back! I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses & genuinely look forward to SEEing them again next time. :)

Extremely Satisfied with my experienced. Ashley and Bridgett, and Sameer were all such a blessing to have. Their friendliness and kindness really helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. Overall, this was a most enjoyable time.

Ashley was fantastic! I went in for an exam at 12:30 - told her my style of glasses and she picked a bunch while I was getting my exam - I was out the door by 1:30 with glasses picked and with lenses in stock I will be wearing them tomorrow!

I made an appointment for my sister Keri three business days ago. She is visiting from out of state. There is no local eye doctor on her small town so she really wanted to get her vision checked. We showed up today at 11:15 AM and they said we had not confirmed the 11:30 AM appointment. I had a confirmation email from them about the appointment saying that we were confirmed. They then were unable to contact her insurance company to verify the eye insurance. They really were just not interested in seeing her as a patient. She was going to get several pairs of eyeglasses. So they are now out a couple hundred of dollars. Do better Pearle vision. I live nearby and will now never go there.

I have been coming to Pearl Vision for years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The people that work there are terrific! They are extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I am always at a loss when picking out frames but they are very patient and go the extra mile to help you find frames that are perfect for you! Also the prices are great!
