“This was a great facility! So clean as well as appearing to be somewhat newly constructed. The manager was so helpful especially upon emptying out the unit. She credited us February's monthly fee in that we vacated by Feb 20. Also front desk person Roberto is INCREDIBLE! He's so kind, patient and knowledgeable!!!! Highly recommend!!”

“The cafe is modernized with the ability to order food online or in person in a kiosk and usually self pay. I like the grill station and is the only station I actually go to out of 3 station they have. Would recommend the Parmesan chicken sandwich. Sadly, this is a locked facility and only employees are able to come in.”

“Customer service has a new name and it's Andres. nice to see that there are still people who actually care about making the customer experience a pleasant one. Andres, the gentleman who was working on the day of our pick up of truck, was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure that all our questions were answered,We had also reserved a storage unit on line. Because of a clerical error on part, we had a mistakenly requested a second floor mezzanine storage unit. Andres quickly checked computer, found an alternate storage unit, for a slightly higher monthly price, and switched it out; Quick, easy no fuss. We are very happy.Give this guy a raise! or a Bonus!. “I reserved a van for 4 hours, I signed in before hand on the uhaul website, Once I arrived it took less than 5 minutes to fill out the paperwork and receive the keys. The lady behind the desk was very pleasant. The entire experience was fast and easy and if I ever need to rent a truck or van again, I will come here.”
“Rented a sod cutter for the day. Customer service was great and staff were knowledgeable and showed us how to operate it. Ended up having the sod cutter back within 3 hours so they charged us the lower rate. Prices very reasonable. Would definitely rent from here again!”
