Why? Why? Why? There is no way that this Public Storage in Oakbrook Terrace IL has a high rating. If I could give a 0 star I would! They are terrible, the gates are always malfunctioning and the property stays ridden with rodents. They will constantly raise your rent for no good reason. Beware!!! They will lie about hidden fees. My same, original storage unit price went from $239.00 to $326.00 per month! For what??? This company is robbing us blind! DO NOT BE FOOLED! TAKE YOUR PROPERTY ELSEWHERE!

I am very grateful for my experience with this storage facility. The manager Angie was very understanding and worked with keeping me updated on the steps I needed to take when I fell behind on my unit. She was very helpful . She was able to waive some fees and get an adjustment on my unit to help me get back on track with my payments. I highly recommend this facility and it feels good knowing that there are people like Angie that are for the customer. It is a great piece of mind knowing that they are willing to work with you and it means a lot with the importance and value of my personal belongings in my unit. Keep up the good work Angie.
