I was cheated out of movie at a location near me today. When trying to email from their website or calling the 866 customer service number or trying to call the corporate office - a person is just not able to advance beyond automated messages and the customer service line rings twice and then hangs up on me. Redbox, are you reading this? I am no longer renting from you folks because you cause a person to spend way to much time trying to get a resolution to a $2.25 rental issue. You can email me or respond to this but you will never see another transaction from me until you get this resolved with me.

I have used my local Redbox, and one in particular redbox for nearly 10 years. I also was a member of Redbox Instant when they had a partnership with Verizon.Ive never once had any issues until recently. I rented a red box (Jumanji: The Next Level), and returned it the next day. I waited until the returned screen flashed and walked away (as it is sometimes full).To my surprise when my credit card bill came I was billed $32.00 and they stayed that I kept it for 16 days, amd never placed it back in the box.I called Redbox amd asked for an audit or a contact of the person who was in charge of the box. Needless to say I was stonewalled. The customer service rep was overseas, and did not know how it worked when Ipressed him for more info.Ultimately I disputed it with American Express three separate times, each time it was rebilled. They only told me that I didnt prove that it wasnt returned.Just be careful when using this machine, or any redbox for that matter. Not sure if it was stolen, stuck or what happened.

I rented 2 movies on 8/12. I returned them personally on 8/13. Went about my life and today was charged over $60 for both movies that had been returned. I contacted redbox and was told there's nothing they can do. I was offered to buy them for less than $10 a piece the day I rented them. If I wanted to keep them I would have done that. The agent basically called me a liar and was unwilling to help in anyways. I will never use redbox again.

They hire false resumes with 4-5 years of fake experience and put companies like Bank of America,Macy’s ,Nordstrom, Wells Fargo, BCBS and consulting companies that they work for while they are on student visa .These are absolute fake candidates and get hired as contractors and then switch to Full time roles.If these candidates have years of worth experience they should have LinkedIn profile and reviews from peers about their roles .By hiring these people the productivity of company becomes very low .

This company is raggedy and corrupt! I've been renting for years and now all of a sudden my account is frozen and all I get is a bunch of broken english foreigners telling me a bunch of lies and no explanations. If you're reading this stay away from them and just rent on Amazon prime. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

Rented a movie and returned the same day, now I'm being charged 30.60 because the machine I retuned it to doesn't show it in the inventory. They don't provide a receipt when returning so have nothing to prove it was returned. I tried filing a complaint but there only comment is that I owe the money and I don't get a refund. If you want to see a movie go to the theater, it's cheaper in the long run than renting a redbox movie! I'll never rent from them again.

Charged over 30 dollars for a movie that I kept for 1 day! Not happy at all. I called customer service and they just say the same thing, that in their inventory it doesn't show that the movie was returned. Now I'm having to eat it because their machine isn't functioning properly. That's absurd, will no longer rent from them ever again!!!

Charged me for a free rental. 3 calls to the Philippines, funny how an American company hires a foreign company. 2 live chats, one which disconnected me. Still didn't get my refund after 9 days. They charged my card immediately, but can't refund for weeks. Never will rent redbox ever again
