As a first-time homebuyer, the entire process felt overwhelming at first—but working with Sergio, Jamie, Joanne and the their team made all the difference. From start to finish, they were absolutely incredible. Jamie tried to always make himself available, answered every one of my hundred-plus questions and calls without hesitation, and truly took the time to walk me through every step, as well did the rest of the team.

I can't say enough about Preferred Rate and Sergio Giangrande. They are there for their clients whenever they are needed. They go above and beyond in helping them with whatever questions they may have. Sergio contacted me about possibly refinancing my home just before the Covid Pandemic and within 2 days they were able to reduce my interest rate beyond my wildest dreams. His entire staff kept me updated with all the steps they had done, called to see if I had any questions and I didn't have to go in to resign papers......done on line........awesome.
