I am a sprint customer who unfortunately had to work with T-Mobile after they bought out sprint. My experience walking in was fine. Lori was great. Everything after that was horrible. I ordered the most popular iPhone and had it shipped to the store and after I left I decided I wanted a different color. Long story short, I was told I would need to pay a $75 restocking fee, again I haven’t even touched the phone, it’s still at the store. I asked if there’s anyway to compromise on the fee but not pay the full $75 when I haven’t even touched the phone. Everyone in the store kept saying I needed to talk to the manager, ok great. Someone was going to call me Monday. Nothing. Tuesday? Nothing. I physically go into the store on Wednesday, of course the manager isn’t there so I schedule an app to go in to meet with her at 6:30 Thursday. I arrive at 6:30, I wait for 15 mins for someone to help me and they told me she’s at a different location. Lol. Like what? How did you NOT know. Didn’t think to call? No? Nothing. Waste of my time yet again. Then I was told the manager would call me FRIDAY (a week after I started this whole process) Friday comes along. No call. Not surprised at this point. So I call and ask to talk with her. She then tells me that she wouldn’t be able to help me out with waiving the $75 fee or compromise at all on it. You pay the $75 or you take the phone you ordered. So I waited a week for the manager to tell me she wouldn’t be able to do anything lol. Literally the biggest joke, waste of time I’ve ever experienced. You couldn’t have called me in the beginning of the week to tell me that? No courtesy for the customers time. I would rather pay a $75 restocking fee to return the phone and take my money to ATT and Verizon. Which I will be doing.

If I can give this store 0 stars I would. Rude customer service when I was trying to get a phone. We were telling her that we called T-Mobile and that someone told us about a deal and she told us to go with them then. Does she not know she works with T-Mobile? Lol Dumb. They need to hire people that know what they're doing.

Lorelle was very friendly and helpful in installing our 5G sim cards and discussing options and solutions for our phone service needs. I have never had such great service in any phone store.

The absolute worst experience I have had at a cell phone store in my entire life! I am a Sprint customer who was forced to migrate over to T-Mobile. I stayed away as long as I could. Yesterday I had the unfortunate occurrence to encounter this store. I purchased a black S22. They had no colors available. Bummer! Customer care told me it would be free. Jamison told me I could only get $600 off. Just great! Then Jamison said I would be receiving a discount on my accessories and bill. Manny said that wouldn't happen. Quite rudely I might add. Spent over 2 hours in this store and over $200. No one showed me how to work my new phone. Manny is rude, didn't like him at all. He had no customer service skills. He offered no assistance for what I was told vs. what was actually happening. Will never come to this store again. And I will be looking for a new phone carrier because I refuse to pay anybody who employs Manny or someone like him. He is the poster child for ignorant employees. He needs remedial customer service training. Now! This store is the worst! Don't go here! They lie and their inventory is basic.

Writing review from T mobile shop only. Waited for more than half and hour and no one is approached yet. Store is not crowed even. Seems like they are really busy with their work that they do not have tome for the customer.Leaving now.

I work in marketing, so I might be a little difficult to impress, but Jason and Kingsley knocked my socks off! I am a Sprint customer who had low expectations, but was absolutely WOW'ed by my screen replacement experience at this location. It is what I would call courteous 'white glove' service with technical explanations that lined up with my level of understanding. Kingsley made sure all of my questions were answered and provided valuable advice for the migration of my Sprint plan to Tmobile's. Thank you!

Laraine is absolutely amazing! She was able to help me to the best of her abilities while TMobile corporate gave me the run around for 3 days. So TMobile corporate, if you're reading this, give Laraine a raise. She's the definition of how customer service should be handled.

I rarely write reviews but this one is deserving. I could not figure out why our cell phone bill was much higher than normal for the last few months. We called customer service and we were directed to look at our phone bill and find the discrepancy. I could not figure it out. At this time I was considering going to another provider after being with Sprint for almost 20 year . I decided to walk into the Oakbrook store and the Manager Isaiah quickly greeted me. Once I explained what what was going on he quickly got to work on my account. Not only did he figure out my issue he also took the time to explain why. He was patience and professional. Thank you for your help.

The staff here is absolutely great. They are kind and knowledgeable. Isaiah and his associates have helped our family with phone transfers numerous times and always show patience and grace, even under pressure. Until we found this store we dreaded what we'd be in for when we needed cell phone help. Now there is no hesitation. They do a great job!
