Kid-friendliness: Wendy's on Ogden Avenue said they didn't have my order that my wife and I placed. Went to this location and they also didn't have my order "Turns out Ogden Avenue had it the whole time, even though I went into their location asking for my specific order." Been in the restaurant industry the last 13 years myself so I know mistakes happen. Just wanted to give a shout-out to the management team and responsive crew memebers at the Oakbrook location. Thank you for helping rectify the situation, you guys are awesome!! See you again soon.

Rude customer service!Went today in the drive thru (not even a hello can I take your order)…. Just said (Wendy’s) as if I was disturbing them…Handed me my drink with the lid barely on it. I asked for a napkin & the employee with pink extensions acted as if she could care less.Lord help your people ???

Terrible service !! The manager ANGIE is super rude and very unprofessional. Ask to speak to a manager regarding my order and not being able to use my gift card nor the mobile app. As I was explaining my experience to her she kept cutting me off and I ask for customer service number and her name. She aggressively tells me that “I AIN’T GONNA GET IN TROUBLE ANYWAYS”..this is how managers talk to customers and it’s unacceptable.
