Loyal, trustworthy, and will practically take anything if it's in your can!! Never have missed a pick up, and always come while im sleep!! NOT TO WAKE ME UP!! Serviced my Dad for years, and he loved him, and now that he is gone, Mel, showed me why they were so close!! Respectful business!!! Never had one complaint in the years I have been with their service!! Personable and professional!!!

Cut off trash service without notice figured they just missed me once the second week realized they had done it again. it overflowed animals got into it. It’s on my lawn. I live in an apartment and they’re telling me that I need to pay $40 just so they can come and get it and take it away because I don’t want their service. I don’t think so. I’ll call somebody else and if you don’t want your bin, I’ll put it in the back by the alley and gladly use someone else!

Awful service, for the 3rd time in 6 months they didn't pickup my garbage because they forgot to send an invoice, for which I called several times. When they picked up the bin after I had canceled their service they just dropped all the garbage, including 300 flies, that had been stinking for 3 weeks in the summer heat.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Our rates went from $40 every month to $46 without any explanation. Sometimes they haven't come to pick our trash up and we've had to call to demand trash services. We've also been trying to reach the office for over 10 days, leaving messages and even Facebook messages, without any response. This place lacks communication and consistency. Currently, we are sitting with last weeks trash on our curb and haven't even put out this week's garbage due to lack of service and communication.Service: Trash removal & disposal
