I wanted some pamper time after being pregnant and thought that I could come in at 6:30pm and get a good pedicure. I'm not one to give reviews and always give the person a second chance. I've had decent experience before. This time horrible. I felt anxious and insulted the whole time like I was intrude on their time. The tech put no effort and rushed the entire time. Not only did they give me a completely different price this time I was appalled on how they could have turned the experience around. I probably won't return now. I'd rather make the drive to my previous area than to feel like that again. And this time my daughter was with me. The tech asked asked how old she was and when I responded she said she's BIG. I responded with she tall and beautiful just like her dad. But thank you! My daughter's tech was on the nicer sound but I honestly think one tech can ruin it for me and that was today.

Bop, the manager, DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. The nail tech did a HORRIBLE JOB giving me a pedicure. He suggested that I ask for someone else, NO REDO was offered when asked for it. GO TO A NAIL SHOP THAT PROMOTES QUALITY WORK, NOT THIS ONE. Per Bop, "they can't satisfy everyone. 20-30% of the customers are not going to be satisfied." That's a high percentage of unhappy customers. DO NOT COME HERE.

I’ve been going to this nail shop for 5 plus years now. I’ve recently had issues with my pedicures not lasting as long. My dip doesn’t last as long either. The last straw was them telling me that they wouldn’t do my nails because I had my infant daughter with me. Not everyone has people to watch their children. I am a single mother, I try to be as self sufficient as possible. It was very unfair and insensitive. I will no longer be a customer.

Love going here until last visit. The technician was rude and cut my cuticles really low (pass skin level). My husband went got the same technician (different day) and came home with the same experience (rude and rough with the nails).

I dont recommend this nail spa if you plan to get non gel polish. I took my daughter to get a manicure for her bday and it came off the same day. There is no warranty on non gel polish services.

Very expensive & please be aware if you are sensitive to strong smells, you will smell that very potent nail salon smell. I mention this because most of the other salons around this are are "odorless" and you won't smell that chemical smell.Services: Manicure

When I got there I asked for one of their spa pedicures which cost $50. Once I was in the chair I told the lady that I needed my cuticles cut the sides of my big toes cleaned out and don't forget to get the calluses in certain areas. Next thing I know she's scrubbing 1 side of my leg raw turning around talking to everybody's she works with looking at pictures paying absolutely 0 attention to what the h*** she was doing. Then she didn't even bother to exfoliate my feet with that she barely got the cuticles at all She did a horrible job trying to get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet because she wasn't paying any attention she just kept chatting. I would never recommend this place worse place I've ever And they want to charge $50 for a spa pedicure and they basically did worse than a standard pedicure I would not suggest going here

Well I just got my nails doneto about 1 week 2day. I'm plan to go back to have over three nails redone because they are already chipping. + I feel I should not have repay #1 Nails to have these nails redone. I had DipIt nail polish. They shld be lasting over 1 week or over 2weeks at the least.Cause it is costing me 35 bucks for a refill then I also leave a tip for the nail technician.I was a Walk-In customer vsa customer with a set apptmnt with a certain nail techinician..All I know I will be getting them redone as an walk-in customer2day. But I shld not have to payanything.

I love this place. Each person goes out of there way to make sure they understand what I am looking for from beginning to end. They never have an attitude and are pleasant to be around. They offer drinks and snacks. I brought my daughter her and they did not overcharge or lose patience because she wanted more than one color. Utensils are sanitized and tubs cleaned after each use. The foot scrubber used on me was new and not by multiple people. I feel this place cares about customers, cleanliness and good service. Overall I would recommend this place.

I have been going to 1 Nail Spa for over 7 years & they are excellent nail techs. Lynn is the only 1 that does eyelashes in addition to all the other jobs. I would say the ONLY thing that would make 1 Nail Spa perfect is if they were able to get an additional person to install eyelashesServices: Acrylic nails

They claim they don't do eyelash extensions. My aunt has went there to get them done and I use to get my nails done there before they remodeled. So last Thursday I walk in and the gut at the front counter asked what I need. I told him eyelash extensions and he pointed to the lady in the back corner, she waved me over and I showed her a picture of what I wanted considering I rarely get them done and would know what I'm asking for all in all trying to make it easier for her. She looks at the picture and says "ah, we can't do that". "We don't do eyelash extensions". I said ok knowing it was bs and left. I personally feel she didn't wanna do it as if it was to much work. If that's not the case then why would she wave me over, look at the picture, just to tell me they didn't do eyelash extensions? Why not tell me this when I walk in? Probably will never return. There inconsistent and liars.
