Best gym! Small, with respectful clientele who are there to do work. Never too crowded (sometimes I am the only one there). Full of great equipment proven to get results. No gimmicks, but not intimidating at all.

Do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER GYM. Management is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, and this gym has shady practices written into their contract no modern gym does anymore:Minimum period before cancelation is possible.Direct withdrawal from your bank account.Requires in-person signature or certified mail to cancel.They will CONTINUE to charge you for 90 days after request to cancel membership.It's nearly impossible to get in touch with any staff, since the phone number posted here is the general manager's personal phone and staff is almost never available. In the 20-30 times I have called, none of my phone calls were answered and 3 of my voicemails have been returned. On the rare occasion a call is returned from your voicemail, the manager is very unprofessional and will quickly lose her temper and hang up on you.There are great trainers who work here, but they don't make up for the absolute trainwreck management has turned this gym into. Plus, there are great trainers at every other gym in the area, so SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

I am unfortunately having to leave this review, and cancel both of my memberships due to the highly unprofessional nature of management at this establishment.In May of 2020 I signed both me and my fiance for memberships at Fitness Zone as our regular gym closed down due to the pandemic. I was initially very impressed with the business and enjoyed the variety of machines and the atmosphere was wonderful, I even so much took on working for them on the side cleaning parts of their facility on the weekend. Months later we unfortunately moved out of the area, at which I was still able to make the commute but my fiance was not. I requested for an end to her membership subscription, the only way they would provide this was tacking a request form to the door of the office which I feel was very unorganized, I filled out the cancellation form and tacked it back onto the office door where it sat from December of 2020 until I stopped going to Fitness Zone as I found a closer gym in April of 2021. Upon checking our bank statements in June of 2021 we realized the subscription never actually ended. We made the drive and went to check her key card at Fitness Zone to which it did not unlock the door meaning it had been disabled validating that this membership cancellation was acknowledged in the system and disabled. At this point I reached out to the General Manager Michelle Buffalino Fannin and requested that the subscription be cancelled as they had disabled the key card, she cancelled it immediately but when I requested a reimbursement of the months paid from December until June she told me I never turned in any form and that she would check to see if she could find one, a week went by and I finally reached back out and requested that she cancel my membership as well, and provide confirmation since at this point it is theft and I did not want to support the establishment anymore. She refused to cancel my membership unless I sent a request by Certified Mail (even though she cancelled my fiance's membership through a simple text message). Her excuse was that a previous manager was leaving and transitioning out and that is why they lost her paperwork, yet refused to reimburse the lost funds while keeping her card deactivated. This is a clear miscommunication and management definitely dropped the ball on it, yet for some reason my wallet is the one being punished for it.I am highly unsatisfied and disgusted with the lack of professionalism and outright rudeness provided by the General Manager Michelle Buffalino Fannin. The worst part is that I loved this gym and all of the people at it, the Trainers and other Patrons' were all very nice and it was a great atmosphere to be around. I intended to keep my own membership and make the occasional trip there, but after blatantly ignoring me when requesting the lost funds I simply cannot support such a place. Hopefully they can get a better representative for the company that understands how businesses work.

I love this smaller gym. The clientele are definitely dedicated to their fitness and don't waste a lot of time holding machines when others need them. Personal trainers are pretty great as well and you definitely get what you pay for.

The sauna is always broken and the nob on it is always confusing so people crank it and break it all the time. I’ve called and talked to management several times but they neglect to put clear nobs on the sauna to make sure people don’t break and repeat a broken broken sauna nob. GET WITH IT
