They had my truck for some minor repairs then rushed my truck out only to have the repairs failed the next day. Had me stuck on the side of the road in East St. Louis for two hours. Then when I called them about the failed repairs, they told me they were super busy and couldn’t get me in for a week. Then call me back and told me to come in that day because of how Upset I was about it. The repair that failed was a rim tire. It took him over a week to get me my rim and tire back. I sat there for over an hour as they put the tire back on the truck and the tire still was not repaired. I ended up having to go to a different shop to get my truck fixed properly.

Would definitely recommend Calliber Collision in O’Fallon, IL for auto body repairs. It was a smooth process from beginning to end, starting with the ladies behind the front desk, to Adam who was our assigned consultant. Vehicle was ready before the estimated completion date and updates were sent via text keeping me informed of the progress made. The one time I did have a question my call was returned after business hours. Thank you Caliber Collision team! A special thanks to the person who did the paint job, you have amazing skills.

I had a very wonderful experience there with Caliber Collision.
The reception staff were all truly helpful and friendly. Cyndee, the lady at the front desk made the Enterprise car rental process easy and smooth.
My service representative, Adam Kammler, was so personable. He took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly, and he listened to my concerns. Adam ensured that my vehicle was taken care of properly and all my issues were addressed.
The technician who worked on my vehicle did a fantastic job fixing all the damaged things. Caliber Collision even cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle for me. I would very highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of vehicle repair.
