The service guys who help when you walk in are fine. Last two visits were ok. I told them I could not afford anything more than what I was there for and I felt pressured by them to do so anyhow. I really hate that.

I had my car fixed in reasonable time. They have a nice lounge areas, and snack food available. Well behaved animals are welcome (none vicious). Employees are friendly ready to help.

Ford sent me notice of an important recall. Auffenberg Ford North got me an appointment quickly. I am pleased that they were able to check my vehicle right away and determine that the part in question of the recall was not defective. Their customer service is great, always courteous, patient and kind.

Paid for service over $2,000 and car had same problem. Sent to dealer again to spend over $3,000. I had to rob Peter to pay Paul. Letting other bills go unpaid. If fuel pump was checked I believe this would have saved me funds

NEVER purchase a vehicle here, especially with Gavin Holmes. Our experience has been terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Had to yank a knot in their tail just to get my spare key faab programmed for a brand new F250 Lariat but afterwards they were nice about it so 3stars

If I could put zero stars I would!!!! My daughter came up there this past Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm picked out a car to PAY IN FULL, got the insurance with them while she was there and was ready to sign but since the bank was closed they needed bank authorization for $15*** so they told her come back Monday and all is good. She told them I'll just bring a check from the bank and he said okay this is the full amount after taxes and plates title and all. She came back today with that check and the sales guy told her they changed the price she needs more now!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! what a scam! you gave her the full amount and when she came and you change it?? So then they try to have her make monthly payments instead , they really pushed her to make monthly payments when she didnt want to and dosent need to. She saved up for years she wanted to pay in full...I called up there the reps could not get John or whoever on the phone so they left a message for them to call me back, How come they call my daughter instead saying they see I called and can they sell her something else. NO YOU CANT YOU GUYS ARE A SCAM WHAT YOU DID WAS HORRIBLE. Im glad nothing was bought from you guys, I hope no one else ever has to deal with such bad business.
