Recently experienced a VERY POOR customer service encounter at Auffenberg KIA that required a Repainting & Redo of the Ceramic coating of the hood and fenders of a 2025 KIA SOUL. The vehicle should have never been delivered until the issue was fully resolved. This inconvenience required 4 trips back & forth to the dealership. This was a referral I made to this dealer and no one has offered any good will gesture to recover the way this was handled. I hope you will review your customer service practices for future customers. This INACTION will terminate any future referrals from me to Auffenberg KIA.

I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid from Auffenberg Kia. Overall, the experience was positive. They were helpful, answered all my questions, and made the process smooth. I especially appreciated that one of the team members even picked me up from home after I dropped off my other car since my husband was at work. That level of service meant a lot.
However, I do want to mention one concern. Even though I clearly stated multiple times that I would be purchasing the car outright, I was still asked repeatedly about financing and personal financial questions that shouldn’t have been necessary. It felt like time was being taken up by discussions that didn’t apply to my situation.
Outside of that, I’m very happy with my new Sportage. It has almost no miles, which is perfect for me as a new real estate agent needing a reliable, low-mileage vehicle. Overall, good experience with just one area that could have been handled better.

Excellent dealership! They were fully transparent with me about the car deal and provided me with excellent service. Especially my Salesperson Alexus. She took the time over several days to search for cars that fit my parameters, found one at a good deal, and got me a test drive quickly. She was very kind and wanted me to have a fair experience rather than just sell me a car for big money.

My 2023 Kia Seltos warning system alerted me with amber malfunction indicator light on Wednesday. I called service department that afternoon and was given appointment for Thursday morning to find the issue. In less than an hour, service check was complete and I was on my way. Paige assisted me this visit and like others, was very helpful and courteous. No charge, and a free car wash. Thanks Auffenberg Kia!

Prompt service. Anthony was very patient and answered all questions. Listened to our “checkboxes” and worked within what we wanted. Finance department very down to earth, worked with us to reach a deal. Service dept manager took it upon himself to research and fix a problem on our other KIA! Great experience overall

The entire service team at Auffenberg Kia is great. Paige and Doug have been especially helpful in setting up and processing my service over the last 2 years. They have great communication, work hard to resolve any issues a make sure I am happy with all my service.

Jeremiah was awesome. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. He answered all of our questions and made sure we we got everything we were looking for. Jim in the Finance group was also respectful and provided answers to all of our questions. We also didn’t feel pressured which was a big plus!! A big thanks to Jason Straub for setting us up with Jeremiah.
