Purchased the car, and within the first month, it ran out of oil. 2 month layer it did the same. Now service department needs to look and possibly replace engine. It barely had12,000 miles on it. 5 months and 5000 miles later they're still working on it

Mo (Demarius) was great and so helpful
EDIT: We have had nothing but issues with this place since we’ve left. On our way home from the dealership after buying the vehicle (keep in mind it is after 9pm and they are now closed), the tire pressure sensor came on. We called up the next day, was told to bring it in. We took it in and after being pushed around from person to person, were told they didn’t have the part to fix it. We ended up having to track down the correct part and fix it ourselves - One day after buying the vehicle. Now, the passenger side seat warmers are not working correctly, not even a whole 2 weeks after buying the car. My husband took it up to the dealership and was basically laughed at. Spoke to Mo (Demarius) directly, who said there was nothing he could do. Called later and spoke to Kat, Kathleen Ford, who did the financing of the vehicle with us, who swore up and down if we ever had any issues or concerns at all, to give her a call (of course, typical)… she says she has no recollection of selling us a vehicle, and can’t find us in the system. Were told she would call us back, it’s been 4 days and still haven’t heard anything.
I’m not one to typically write bad reviews, but this place has really let us down. I was actually considering on returning to buy myself a vehicle later down the line, even to request Mo again, but we will not be back.

I thought Mo and team here was pretty good. Just your typical salesman con artist. I picked up the car late on a Wednesday night after leaving the shop. The service monitor tire system was on when I came to the garage. They couldn’t fix it. they didn’t have the tool. I had to fix it at home. I am back today. Seven days from data purchase the seat warmers aren’t working and I am told They can’t do anything about it. Good to see they were about the money and not taking care of the guest.

I was the first one there in the morning for basic maintenance, I had an appointment, I was told it wouldnt be long. The car sat for nearly an hour before being taken to the back. Aside from the lack of taking the car back at the time the appointment was scheduled for, the people were attentive and very helpful.

So I received your coupon card in the mail for various discounts on service. My car was purchased and serviced only by your shop. The car was making noise in the rear which is why I brought m y car in. The rear brakes needed replacing so I agreed. I bought the tires on my car from Auffenberg I was told at time of purchase,
Free rotation and some sort of diminishing cost as they age for replacement. I think it’s been 6 years now.
The rear brakes were replaced along with oil and filter change. I spent over 4 hours waiting. The tech came out and told me he saw minimal cupping on one rear tire and said possibly the rear might be out of alignment. He also said that the rotation of the tires might help. I was billed 175.00 for the time with no resolve. My tires weren’t even rotated.
I am very disappointed. I assume that this problem should be handled elsewhere.

Didn’t start out as well as it should have, but once I was put in contact with the correct people, everything was fine. Staff is professional, polite and know their business. All in all, I’m pleased with my experience with them.

Trey gave me exceptional service when I bought my VW. But the finance office was a nightmare. I’ve had to come in three times to sign paperwork because they keep screwing it up.
