“Convenient parking and easy access from route 50, State Street or I-64. There are two ATMs with weather protection so you don't get soaked getting your cash. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Whether running a business, cashing a check or getting a cashier check...they are always helpful and have helped us with our small business. I also got some expert advice when buying a truck for cash and the seller wanted actual cash. Fortunately we were able to meet up at the bank and do a cashier check. Andrew the manager has been very helpful with my small business.”

“In the past I was always used the Fairview location as it was closer to my house and was able to develop good rapport with the manager there Amber, I was having difficulty with some account stuff so had to go into the O'Fallon location and to my glad surprise Amber was there helping the location out this weekend. It was great to see her again, she was super helpful, remembered me from way back before Covid hit, and just super amazing. She has been for the last several years that I have banked with PNC. “I love Woodforest Bank!They have a second change banking account to restore your banking history if you’ve had discrepancies in the past. It’s basically for people who are denied an opportunity to open an account elsewhere due to prior bank accounts that may be delinquent and closed .They also have an awesome loan system for people who bank with them where you can withdraw up to 500 and set up a payback schedule and pay every month until you owe nothing! It’s considered a separate account & it’s super awesome if you’re short on cash and don’t want to have a negative balance . They do charge a small monthly fee if you have less than 100 in your account per month or don’t have a direct deposit set up. Otherwise , awesome employees and awesome bank !”

“The staff at the O'Fallon, IL branch are always friendly and upbeat no matter the time of day or day of the week. I love this branch and will miss the people here when we have to move back home to Georgia. Especially Casey W. Girl, you are amazing and have such a wonderful personality!However, while standing in line on a busy Friday evening waiting for my turn with a teller, a "manager" type lady came out of her office and reprimanded the greeter / concierge in front of about 10 - 12 clients. She wasn't overly loud, but she could be heard by those of us within 10 feet of them. I felt this was unacceptable and very unprofessional. If an employee warrants a reprimand, take them in an enclosed area away from the clients in the lobby. Bad form on her part!”
