The leadership at this location is deplorable. I had a vehicle transported and spoke to 4 different people in total over the course of almost 2 weeks. Let me say Austin you were wonderful and you deserve better management with your career because the way they threw you under the bus is embarrassing for them. The vehicle sat there for over a week and not 1 single person could call me to tell me that there was an issue with the title and that they can't sell it til August! I was refused a repair order copy 4 times, and I was refused an out-the-door price 4 times. Then we walked up to the car and it had obviously been in an accident per the paint transfer still on the vehicle. Flat out lying to a customer's face and pulling several fraudulent red flags. I walked, no way this shady business should get your $ go elsewhere. Austin again I'm sorry you have to deal with dumpster fire leaders, you were wonderful, and I wish you the best because you deserve better than this joke of a location. No wonder all in the community constantly say not to purchase here. Flat out lying to customer's faces.

I took my car there, and they offered me $6000 more than the dealer wanted to give me trade-in. It was seamless in and out in less than an hour. If your dealership is screwing you over. Go to Carmax they will treat you right they will give you a check. You can put it in your account, and use that as your cash down payment on your new vehicle Highly recommended.

My first time experience - From walking through the door and until my business was concluded, I was welcomed and treated extremely respectfully, and all staff were extremely professional, friendly, warm, and very caring. They all went well above and beyond the norm! I highly recommend the CarMax in O’Fallon, Illinois to future customers. And, I LOVE my 2022 Toyota C-HR XLE that I purchased from them!

I bought a car a Cadillac srx 2016 the worst car buying experience that I have ever had and this is my first and last experience with carmax regardless I decide to keep this vehicle that supposedly went through a 125 point inspection and the vehicle arrived at the store past its expected delivery and there is several features on this vehicle that don't work the vehicle was not clean at best just vacuumed and a headlight that was also part of the 125 point inspection it was to be reaored I haven't been driving this luxury vehicle because it looks like I'm going down the road with one headlight took said vehicle to at Cadillac dealer to get issues fixed and all I have been getting from Romain Cadillac in Evansville Ind is incompetence please reconsider either business listed in this post!!!
