Was going to be one star (zero if I could), but the manager at this location is wonderful. Of course, she is only one person…..When I first opened an account here, I was blown away by the mobile app. It was like “WOW!!!!” This app is the best app I’ve ever used at any bank. Card control with ease of use, itemized balance info for every transaction, a great look and design, with whatever you needed in front of you and control right at your fingertips! Absolutely perfect!!!! I was in awe. But someone on the upper tiers in corporate decided it was better to take that away from the lowly consumers, go completely backwards and make a new app that absolutely SUCKS! No features mentioned above, and since the rollout, my card gets declined half the time even though I have more than enough to cover purchases.The features are infantile, the look is bland (it’s almost sad), and it’s like going from driving a brand new sports car on a freshly paved highway, to pulling a broken wagon over a pot hole filled dirt road on a steep upgrade. Unbelievably unfriendly app, with so much available control taken away from the banking customer. Did I mention that since the app rollout, I CAN’T USE MY CARD HALF THE TIME?!?!?!?!!!!!It’s maddening, sad, and completely mind boggling as to why they would do this to their customers, let alone change to such a bland, unappealing look. I liked the bank, LOVED the old app, absolutely appreciate with respect the branch manager, and staff at this location. But it seems like the powers at the top want bankers like me to go elsewhere. Really disappointing.

Jennifer Sawyer is the most friendly, and wonderful person to work with, she made the home buying experience much better!! She helped keep things going smoothly and even a stressful experience like buying a house was great because of this great amazing lady!!

The male teller was rude he blurted out the amount of the check made phone calls to the lawyer that issued the check then blurted the amount again in the missed of a transaction talk about a hipper law he only did that because my address and my color wow he still needs work.

Had an issue with a check- the person I spoke with over the phone was so knowledgeable, helpful, and dedicated to solving my problem. I’m not from around here but if I was, I would be happy to be a customer.

Applied for a mortgage loan never heard back. Pulled our credit score and failed to ever give any feedback good or bad. If more documentation was needed on our part we wouldn’t know because communication altogether just stopped. Don’t recommend and I will let others know not to waste their time.

I can't imagine a Bank being any better than Carrollton. Customer service is second to none. They treat their customers like family. I wouldn't consider banking anywhere else. I bank at the O'Fallon branch and have become friends with everyone there.
