I went to purchase a ratchet tie down to tye down for my car it was buy one get one free they only had one so I was trynna get item for same price or less and the manager wouldn’t honor it and made me pay full price for the buy one get one free item . Very unfair to me the customer. Currently I’m trynna reach out to the owner or supervisor of the store

Well this used to be my favorite gas station but now it’s going down everyday I go there to this day I say 1 month keep say my deft it will get back to normal but today was my last day going there I believe is the manager making to go down cuz she doesn’t do anything to help the situation, maybe it’s time to switch her out so this gas station can be the best again very bad experience this my 4th time the some manager

Very disappointing experience after being long
time fans of Casey’s pizza. Ordered extra cheese on a supreme that cost $27. Barely any cheese at all. Husband called and they wanted us to bring it back. Are you kidding me? We just won’t be coming back at all. Sam’s will be getting our pizza orders from now on. $8.99 fresh and hot compared to $27 and very mediocre. Really ridiculous!

I starting to wonder of Google is deleting my reviews. I've been here probably a hundred times over the last 15 years or so and I'm surprised I don't have a review for this location yet. It's Casey's so it's got amazing pizza obviously and I have my dog with me today so I got him a cheeseburger and he's loving it. I only wish they had more than one register open when I'm waiting and waiting to check out just because some moron is playing their whole paycheck on the lotto.
Parking: The parking is plentiful but if you are handicapped you're going to have an issue getting into the store. There are ramps to get up onto the curb but one is pretty much completely blocked by a ice freezer and the other one has cars all around it and access is limited

The new guy did not understand create your own pizza. Ordered 3 pizzas only 2 were delivered I was told since Casey's uses Door Dash they could not deliver my pizza and woukd refund my money.. Makes no sense just have Door Dash deliver it when I requested clarification. The guy hung up on me. No etiquette no customer service.

The Casey's on Hartman Lane the lady Pam that works in there and Sherry that the boss there is so nice and Angie there is just really nice people they greet you and everything and they're just wonderful very polite

I agree with the other posts.A couple of superstar workers and another of ppl I would not rather have met in my life.The items I frequently buy are mostly stocked up,I enjoy using the membership/loyalty program,and prices are reasonable.If you get a good worker you get great service and if you are inconveniently there when one if the duds are there sucks!!

Stopped here to buy a lottery ticket, and ask a question, the older lady with white hair at the register was rude and acted as if she did not want to assist me so i said nevermind and left. Next time I will buy something and will report her so management can really see, if im respectful to you I expect it back.Thankyou
