Prices are reasonable and those biscuits are the best tasting biscuits I have ever tasted I go there at least 4 times every 2 weeks

Car wash is a total ripoff. 17 bucks for a little water splashed on the front. The rollers were busted and the soap nozzles clogged. An embarrassment.

I wish 0 stars was an option. The store was a chaotic mess. I don’t know if they’re renovating or what but whatever you need you will not find it there. Then the cashier pushed us to do self checkout. I was using EBT and had lotto. Which you cannot use that way. He still mumbled to do it. Guess what… didn’t work. I asked him to speak up and got a look and still mumbled. Nobody could hear or understand him. I get done with one transaction and still had another to do and he walked away. I still stood there and another customer kinda pushed me away. I called the man back and got my lotto. He gave me the wrong tickets. “Sorry too late”. No… you need to correct it. He never did. It was a terrible experience.

They use the self checkout as the only way to do a transaction. I don’t mind using self checkout but some of the people at this location are very rude about it.

Apparently at the circle k in ofallon il you have to use the self checkout machine even if you choose to wait for a human. I don’t work at circle k so I’m not getting paid to check customs out if circle k wishes to discount my purchase then maybe I will.

I just left out of the gas station telling the two females in there that the carwash didn't give me my receipt from when I paid for the 17 dollar carwash with the 2 extra and these females had an attitude and said they need proof acting like I was lying about pay for a carwash and then when I told them I did pay for it with my card outside at the wash the black female tried to tell me I was wrong caus it isn't a machine outside to pay for the carwash and then when the black female said I'll go look the cashier Tyanna 3287524 the white female told her no it's okay I just need proof and when I couldn't pull up my bank app and asked her to go check she had and attitude when she left and came back she was looking mean and when I told her what I paid which was 19 dollars for my carwash she gave me a print out with a code of 81252 on it and said " here just take this," which was for less than what I paid for. The attitudes wasn't necessary and we'll customer service the customer's always right so for her to sit up there and act like I was lying to her to get her receipt is ridiculous and I'll never ever come back to that circle k again. If you don't like your job then don't work there stop taking your personal problems out on customers who simply wanted a receipt for there own personal records
