August, 2024 I decided to replace my fuel pump for my 1999 Honda Accord EX V6. I always used OEM parts as long as they are available. Unfortunately, the OEM pump was defected, and so was the second one that was a replacement.
Unfortunately, the car would not start, so I had to reply on a towing service to take my car to Serra Honda. In over twenty six years of owning this car, this would be the first time the car was ever towed.
I contacted Clete's and had scheduled a pick up time. Everything ran smoothly. The process was handled with care.
If I ever need to be towed, and hopefully that will never happen again, I would depend on Clete's Inc!

I had problems with my vehicle not starting and being unsafe to drive, so I had Clete's tow my vehicle so that it could be worked on. They were responsive, honest, and knowledgeable with my vehicle and what needed to be fixed. I stopped going to dealerships and will continue to go to Clete's for my auto needs.

Car shutdown an hour and a half away from my house. Glad that Clete's was able to tow and take care of my car. If I lived closer I'd definately use them for all of my auto needs.

We had a dead battery at the airport after a trip and called Clete's for a jump. Fast, friendly and affordable service. We were on the road within 15 minutes of placing the call.

If I could give a lower score I would! What a group of scummy thieves they tow a car and pilfer through it and steal anything out of the inside they want! It's a felony and disgusting and they should be held accountable. Do yourself a favor and go to someone else anyone else these people run a horrible business and allow the scumbags to stay and continue to do what they are doing. VERY SAD !!!
