Tried calling to ask a quick question that a human could’ve answered in 13 seconds but their new automated system is so problematic. It took me five phone calls and probably 25 minutes to get the answer. I’ll be switching to another pharmacy, one that cares about its customers.

Customer service is above and beyond what you would normally expect from a retailer of any kind. After having insurance issues, they provided the details on how to fix it and then resent the claim all within a few minutes. If you like fast and efficiency with great customer service...this should be your Pharmacy.

Made my father pay full price for prescription would not take his insurance through drive thru wanted him to walk in he is handicapped an can't walk it was cold an raining what a useless store will never use CVS again an will never recommend my patience there good luck guys hope you go bankrupt

The cashier notified me on how to save money at CVS. The cashier was very patient and nice and gave “Great Customer Service”. I will be shopping at CVS for all my Pharmacy products and other items.
