Let me start off by saying they fire they best a hard worker because the GM is mad because she can’t handle this store Izzy sits in her car 90% of the time she is smoking a cigarette she let ppl that have worked there in the past that is not on the clock or work for the company come in and work and touch things they are not suppose to be doing. As well as working ppl for 2 weeks straight no days off offered a employee to be off and fired them for taken the offer this place is terrible horrible service nothing is never stocked correctly and the lady that’s suppose
To help Anita or whoever don’t never be there and she lets the GM do whatever she please to the workers and don’t actually care bout they hard worker this place needs to be shut down or new ppl in there

Ceiling was leaking and buckets all through the store. Three ailes had stuff in them and you couldn't get down them. Recommend a day with some guidance to get the store in order. Also not enough shopping carts. Stocking should be completed before starting another area. Just needs organized.

I am one who could really just leave frozen Chicken nuggets alone..But my son asked me to taste just one of the Tyson honey nuggets, And To Me a Game Changer! I like them! B+

This store should be rated A Big F !! I drive up the road to Lebanon, IL. The one in OFallon, IL is really bad. Safety is horrible and disorganized. Nothing is put on the shelves. You need alot better management. There use to be 2 women whom ran the store, kept it clean. Very organized. You need them back.

Lots of stuff not found in other stores, good prices, not enough employees. One 1-2 employees for cashiers but not on the floor to help & unpack the boxes with merchandise.

Google store hours and the sign on the door both say they closed at 10 pm tonight. I drove all the way up there all to see half the lights off and the door locked and as you can see it's 9:52pm and I've already made it back home. I understand sometimes emergencies happen but this is not the first time this has happened just in the law few weeks. It's very frustrating when a store has specific hours they are supposed to be open but they decided to close whenever they feel like it. I went to Dollar General because it's supposed to be more convenient then going to the local grocery store but closing before the scheduled time is definitely not convenient seeing as I could have just went to Walmart instead and wouldn't have went out of my way or wasted time that I don't have to waste since I came to get milk for my baby!

Systems were supposedly down but could take credit or debit cards through self check out only. Two employees stocking shelves while as a customer you had to scan your own items, get your own bags, put bags on rack and answer your own questions. When I tried using google pay it shut the entire system down. When asked for help was told swipe card or cant help as lady walked off. Better be glad this wasn't a big city area or they would have been robbed blind. Neither worker cared about what was going on or about paying just walking off. Why should we spend money to find items ourselves, scan them , get our own bags and answer our own questions? When two employees are being paid to be in store.

This store is conventional located, but randomly closed. Unfortunately, the store is in a very good location to be so trashed. The store is always messy and has so much stuff inside. It never fails that there are carts everywhere. I'm sure, like everywhere they are understaffed, but maybe offer more pay to allow more profit. Appreance and location are two important factors.

This store is a mess, thought they were closing down as most of the shelves are empty, boxes everywhere. A complete and utter mess, filthy floors..stickers and sticky stuff. Avoid this store if you can.

unreliable. is awsome when its open ? I noticed this store has been often closed randomly in recent weeks . i need a job. are they hiring ? FRI made pickup order today because store was closed at posted opening time. I should have picked up my order at mid afternoon , when i noticed the store was open for business about 4pm but I decided to not insert myself into the crowd there and wait for my pickup time of 7pm-8. 6:31pm i received notice my order was delayed. At 8:01 pm received notice my order was cancelled because they were unable to complete my order . well i guess so because the store was closed again at 7pm when I showed up to pick up my order. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for reimbursement . not good.

This location is randomly closed all the time, sometimes for days. The workers are nice but that is only helpful if they're open.

I went there this morning and you could hardly get through the isles. Big carts of merchandise were standing everywhere. You couldn't even see what was on the shelves. Also,the lady that was working was talking very rude to customers on the phone who basically just wanted to know if the store was open. I overheard another customer talking about the was she was being towards people. People are so rude nowadays. They are only there for the money and don't care how they treat people. How soon they forget. If it wasn't for the customers,they wouldn't have a job. I believe in the " do unto others as you would have done to you"
