The staff was not helpful at all even though they can do exchange my vehicle but still they didn’t do it and one lady at front desk was rude and I highly recommended to choose some other enterprise branch.

The staff at this location is always friendly! Used them multiple times and they were helpful every time.

Do not do business with this location and Enterprise as a whole. If you have an appointment, don't expect the pickup to be a simple in and out. Expect at least an hour wait and don't expect the specific vehicle you chose online. They have misleading policies online vs in person. Do not use any after-hours return modifications online because they will just charge you for a whole day (plus whatever protections you have) even though they will approve a quote/charge you for the modified return online. This company is the definition of the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Tried reaching out to this location to rectify the issue about my return time and told them I would dispute the charge to get my deposit back and was threatened that I would be banned for life. Well good riddance! They claim they explained the policy, but forget to mention not to trust what Enterprise says online about after-hours return. This company has a huge disconnect between policies online and in person that needs to be fixed.

Your team is great. Professional and top notch.But 70% of the cars I rent from you smell like Pot. I am not a picky man but I rent cars for business. Perhpas you should start enforcing and charging for those that stink up your vehicles.
