This branch charges fees for anything and everything they can. They even charge account holders a fee to notarize.

I am a Real Estate Broker who caters to clients with the highest standards when it comes to service and Jeff has continuously exceeded those standards. Jeff makes all of my clients feel less stressed by ensuring they understand the entire purchasing process. He and FCB Bank have achieved what most other lenders can not when it comes to getting some of my clients qualified. In todays World, it is so hard to find somebody that truly cares about their job as much as Jeff Does. That is why I will continue to recommend him to anyone who is Purchasing or re-financing.

Other than being prolly the slowest Fcb around they also not the friendliest.. I have other place being slow but apologetic about it this people do none- work fast or be nice.

Extremely slow tellers. Cashing a check takes 20 minutes at the teller window. Go to Swansea it’s quicker with the extra drive included.

Friendly staff and always seemed happy to help every time I've been in. I've always banked with FCB and will continue to do so for a very long time due to their outstanding service and customer care.
