I have used this location multiple times. On average the stylist are pretty friendly and the customer service ok. That wasn't the case today! I checked in online and it showed no wait. I arrived within ten minutes. There was a gentleman getting a cut which was fine. Normally there are multiple people working. There was one person. She didn't greet me, just a look. After 3 minutes she ask if I check in online and went back to her customer. Thinking she was the only one, this was fine. After she finished up. She then went to the back out a broom, sweep, went back to the room and got another person. I have now waiting all this time and there are other stylist who could have cut my hair?? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Give it 30 days. Another batch will be there....

99% of the time I just cut my own hair but every once in awhile I just don't feel like messing with it. It's nice being able to go in and tell them exactly what I want and then having them do it as described.

Needed a cut and didn't have much time. This is totally THE PLACE TO GO!! Did their online check in and had no wait. Lin was my stylist and she did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier as she did exactly what I asked. I will return to this location and ask for Lin again.

I was very specific on what I wanted. Made it clear multiple times, and the acting manager agreed. But I knew it would end up screwed up and I was right. The top was barely touched, and the sides were cut way too short, now I can't get the sides to feather because it's too short. I have to pay someone that's actually a professional and see if they can fix it..... do not go there and don't let the asain female touch your hair...

Was worried for no reason. Every time I have to change location or person who provide service I am worried but Haley (professional, chatty, pet lover) gave me the exact hair cut I like. Some time I wonder if this young professionals have what il t takes to be successful at job. And professionals like Haley restores my faith. It's fun to get haircut with manager lady as well. Not sure about her name spelling so I am not going to attempt to butcher her name.

I have to give the stylist Tracy a big hats off. I literally just witnessed a customer give her the hardest time about her haircut, which looked great by the way! She even tried to take her scissors out of her hand and attempt to cut it herself but she didn’t allow her to. Not once was she rude to her and told her to give her hair a chance and come back if she still wasn’t happy. Which is crazy because I would’ve told her to leave a long time ago.

This review has no bearing on Lin at all, she provided a great service. Outside of her, the experience was awful. Another stylist, I believe her name was Tracy, was very comfortable with expressing her political beliefs and enabling customers to express theirs even if it made others uncomfortable.
