I've had very hit and miss experiences at this location over the past 2-3 years. I've found things that say they are currently in stock at this stores location but when I get there they are nowhere to be found. It's really frustrating when you do a ton of research on something and go to buy it or take a look at it and it's nowhere to be found, even when it says 4 are in stock.My experience with staff has always been helpful but sometimes it is difficult to find someone to speak with.I have rented out some of their equipment and had zero issues with it. The renting process was easy and had fair pricing options.

purchased a window with life time warrenty, and they refused to honor the warrenty they claimed they stood behind. If they are this dishonest to their customers then they don't deserve my money. I'll be going to lowes from now on.

Don’t buy appliances from Home Depot. The service is horrible. Purchased a new washer and dryer, hooked up both after delivery. Washer just keeps sensing and doesn’t go any further. When we called they could send a repair person or new appliances, in 2-3 weeks. So they would have us be without a washer and dryer for 2-3 weeks. I told them to come pick them both up. Funny they can do that within 9 days. Called and complained, they don’t seem to be concerned. Like this is their normal practice.

I do not like going into these stores. I typically order what I need online and pick it up however on this day I needed to use a merchandise credit which only I could use (they register it to your driver's license) and they do not allow you to use it when shopping online. So I had to go in. I looked up the items I wanted and the website will tell you aisle and bin numbers those items are in at your store. Then I glanced at a store map and knew to park on the right side. I went right to my items and was in and out in 5 minutes. I guess if you do enough research you can make it painless. It's when you need help from an expert in an orange vest that you have a problem!

Would give zero stars if that was an option. New Microwave installed by them stopped working after less than 5 days. Store operations manager said they won't replace or repair after 3 days - refused to discuss - referred me to LG. Refused to provide the name and phone number of his district or regional manager. Told me to call 1-800-HOMEDEPOT. Asked me if I wanted him to "spell it". Snarky. I don't have any paperwork from them stating they have a 3 day return policy - - -and he couldn't tell me what paperwork I might have signed that would have stated that. They don't stand by what they sell. I have been on hold with 1-800-HOMEDEPOT for over 30 minutes as I type this.

My sister needed a large bin, and it said online that the store had 5 in stock yet when we arrived we didn't see them. So we went to customer service to ask them and the young lady was incredibly sweet and helpful! We waited for another kind worker to get the truck and retrieve the bin from the highest shelf. The workers we interacted with had great attitudes and it was such a pleasant experience!

I have had two situations in the past few weeks of very poor customer service involving in-store pickups. I called today to speak to the store manager - John - about my experiences. I heard nothing but excuses and the defending of his employees rather than efforts to address and resolve my complaints. He continued to tell me how short-staffed he was and how we were "in the middle of a pandemic". I felt he was trying to deflect from the real problem and that is the poor service his employees exhibited to me as a customer. When I challenged him on his position of this being a 'pandemic', he promptly said he had nothing more to say to me and then hung up on me. If this is the kind of response and treatment I will get from a Home Depot Store Manager, then I can expect nothing better from its own employees. I am done with this store! I will gladly drive an hour into St. Louis to get better treatment and better service than this or buy online.

Went there on 4/30/20 and tried to use curbside pickup for my order. Was told their phones were down and had to go inside and waited 25 minutes to get my order. Will probably not order again anytime soon unless they get this fixed. Didn't have enough people working the customer service area to get people in/out quickly.

Gotta love when you come in 30 minutes before the store closes and no working will move an inch to help you... you have questions, and they basically stand there and tell you to read the sign. I'm sorry but your job is to sell products. Not stand there and ignore your customers because you are ready to get off work.

I went in today without my husband to purchase stacked stone for our fireplace remodel. I wasn't sure of how much I needed and that's where Daniel came in. He not only figured out how much I needed but also talked to my contractor about the best way to install which saved us 700.00. He was simply awesome. Go see him, you won't be disappointed.

I used to like to shop here all the time. I can find things in the isles and can typically get answers to the questions I have. However, after this latest event, I will be shopping elsewhere. I special ordered a bathroom - all the cabinets, counter top, sinks, faucets, etc. Paid for everything up front. After waiting for 4 weeks for the cabinets to come in, it took me a week or two in the evenings to get the new cabinets set. The subcontractor came out to measure for the counter top. Everything was a go, except that it was going to be 3 weeks for them to "make" the counter top. Fine I say. Let's get it done. Now 1 week before the install, I get a call from Home Depot saying that I need to pay another $350 because I selected undermount sinks. Mind you, those are the same sinks that were purchased on the same transaction with the same designer on the same day the cabinets and counter top were ordered. Why wouldn't they have known to charge me that at the time I purchased everything? I was told that if I didn't pay it, they would put my counter install on hold or I could return the sinks and go with a top mount sink.I hope they are happy with this $350, because I have 2 more bathrooms to do and you can bet I won't be buying my supplies from here. If I use the first bathroom as a gauge, this $350 will cost them $10,000 or more.This is like buying a car and them telling you that you have to pay an extra $1000 for the tires that go on the car. If that cost would have been included in the price of the original purchase, it would have been understood. Waiting until you are over a barrel to throw in extra charges that they clearly knew about is a problem.

This is by far the best Home Depot location I have ever been to. We are having a very large job done by them, redoing many of our floors. The flooring department has been incredibly patient and helpful. Josh has been helping us with our quote and when my bank caused issues with processing the payment he was so patient, kind, and understanding. He also helped us select the perfect black paint for our dining room walls, as well as an odor killing primer, and then went through the paint department helping us stock up on everything we would need. He helped us figure out the best rollers, brushes, and accessories we needed (we had nothing at all at home) and a step stool as well, for reaching our ceiling. With his help our painting project went smoothly. We definitely plan to continue shopping with this location. By far their customer service is some of the best I've ever seen in a store like this.
