We came for the lent fish fry, and while the food was good, the wait was unreasonable. The first time, we arrived at about 4:30 and had a reasonable wait of around 20 minutes, with good food. The second time, we arrived at 5:30, waited in line 25 minutes to order, then another 95 minutes for the food. Judging by the volume of call-in togo orders they pumped out vs. those who ordered in person, they seem to prioritize the call-in orders. My advice for attending their fish fries is to arrive and order before 4:45 or do not go. There isn't anything for kids to do during that long of a wait and the staff gets irritated when kids play in the upstairs dining room.

My husband and I decided to play the Queen of Hearts that takes place on Tuesdays. After talking to the bar tender the week prior we went early so we could get some dinner before the drawing at 7pm. I ordered a 12" pizza, was told it was now a 10" for some reason and that it was cauliflower crust, I said ok that's fine and asked for Pepperoni and Jalapeños and a side of fries. We sat in the lounge and had a drink. When we got the pizza it had 4 large slices of pepperoni on it and the dough...which was not cauliflower crust was not cooked in the middle and the cheese was hardly melted. I took it back to the cook staff. They put it back through the oven and said that they had put it on defrost to defrost another crust and had forgotten to turn it back. Overall the pizza was not good and the fries were warm. The hall has the feel of a meeting place to enjoy chats with friends and a drink, no other atmosphere.
