“I walked into the Shiloh, IL site on Greenmount, and although they were bustling, I did not have to wait over a minute. The person that helped me was very friendly and helpful. I was returning an Amazon package. Then I walked down sidewalk to return some spectrum equipment. I was 15th in line. One of the workers finally said if anyone was just returning equipment, we could do it at UPS store. So I walked back down sidewalk, and walked in. They saw that I had Spectrum equipment and sent me to end desk where I was taken care of immediately. The young girl gave me a receipt that showed proof of return and told me to hang on to it. She was very friendly as well. Will definitely be using this UPS site for any shipping I have to do!”
“I used to come in here earlier this year & was treated horribly! Employees were rude, talked & laughed about customers, etc. I haven't been in for a while but decided to give it another try since it's so close to where I live. Last week, I had a really pleasant experience with the young woman who helped me. Today, because of the long line, I decided to try the self serve. It was pretty simple to use with easy-to-follow instructions. I was returning three packages to Amazon. In the middle of the third return, all the computers crashed. Everybody, including the owner, just stood around. Finally, the owner disappeared into the back. When he came back, one of the computers was online. I still had to wait to be called over to finish up my returns. I asked the woman who waited on me if they had gotten new employees. She said they had. It looks like they got rid of some of the really rude ones. I will definitely continue to use this facility. Much more pleasant.”
