i'd much rather go to lowes or home depot any day of the week.i hope who ever designed the layout for menards stores gets hit by a bus. impossible to find anything you're looking for without a map and 3 employees guiding you.

I cant stand the fact that everything is rebates that u have to use at menards only. Here's a suggestion how about just lowering ur prices!!! Also show more care in ur outdoor area. Most of the plants are dying or already dead.

I was shopping for something to keep raccoons out of our backyard. I purchased a solar inground device that emits low frequency waves to scare them off. I will see if it works. Also bought chlorine tablets.

Omg I had so much anxiety about purchasing a weed eater. I approached SHARON while she was stocking and asked if she could get someone to help me. She followed me to my surprise and went above and beyond to happily help me. She was so nice and informative. She was a blessing to me twice because i needed her at the checkout. Thank you Sharon for easing my anxiety and helping me purchase my 1st weed eater. You deserve employee of the month!!! P.s Ethan was amazing as well. Happy helpful people at 8 am :)

Had a great experience with the appliance department team and manager Scott. We order a lot from Menards, and ordered a fridge we picked up this morning. Once at the house we saw the factory had installed a different screw on the doors so we couldn’t install the door handles. We went back to Menards and Scott was able to locate the correct screws we needed from Menards inventory to get us up and running quickly. Thanks!

Menards is definitely the go to place for your DIY projects! They have an excellent selection, the employees are friendly, and they actually seem to know their stuff when you have a question. I do wish they offered a military discount similar to Lowe’s, but even without it, the improved selection and quality of service is worth the price difference.
