This 3-star rating is a combined rating for the last three visits:
1) July 23, 2025 3 - Star Rating – Overall services (control arm replacement and wheel alignment) appear to have been performed well, though I did not receive an available $100 discount (save $100 for repairs $1,000 or more). I didn't recognize the oversight until I got home. I call regarding the missed discount and was told the service advisor would get back to me. That never occurred.
2) Sept 17, 2025 1 - Star rating – Returned to the dealership after traveling a little over 2,000 miles. During that time period, I experienced a “significant” increase in what I call “road noise” coming from the front of my car. I told the service advisor that my wife and I were about to take a long trip and wanted to resolve the noise issue before leaving. He said he would drive it. They executed an air filter change, warranty work and wiper blade changed and upon return of the car told me the noise was probably because the tires (which had been aligned the prior visit) had not worn evenly prior to the alignment and that it could take 3 – 4,000 miles for the noise to reduce. 3) October 9, 2025 – 5 Star Rating - Returned to the dealership after our 4,000 mile vacation during which the “road noise” continued to be significant, and honestly, made driving unpleasant over our two week vacation. The technician for this visit drove the car and quickly determined the wheel bearings needed to be replaced. This resolved the entire issue (BIG thank you). To me it appears the inspection during the Sept 17th visit was not thorough when it came to the significant noise complaint. Thus, the reason why the Oct visit gets a 5 rating and the Sept visit a 1 rating.

I’ve been buying Honda’s from Serra for as long as I’ve been buying cars. All but one was bought through salesman James Adams. James works hard for his customers and treats you like family. He’s one of a kind! Serra also worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and needed. Thank you to all those that helped and did their magic!

Just a regular day, traveling to Alton , Illinois to visit our middle kid . We are from Texas and I decided to get my transmission fluid changed ( 2013 Honda Sport). We searched online and found Serra Honda…, great reviews and not too far away, we booked a service appointment. We pulled up around 1 ish and they took us right in. We sat down and enjoyed a cup of FREE Coffee (ice, water , hot coco was also available) and enjoyed the cleanliness of the waiting room. It was at that point I noticed a poster on the wall stating that they have a Mobile Service that does preventative maintenance at your house, business etc. at the same price as if you brought it to the Dealership. Yes, they come to YOU at no additional cost! Amazing! I would so be part of this gig. After sitting for 30 mins or so enjoying my free coffee(lol, I know I’m paying for it but it was fun) my better half wanted to go look at CR-V s. Yes we have been looking but not a buyer at this point. December/January was our projected target for buying. What we expected to happen next…we’d step a foot on the lot and the wolves attack. Nope. Not at this place. While we were looking around, out of the blue, Mike showed up. I immediately told him we are from out of town and our car is in the Service Department. We are just killing time while we wait. Great, he said, I’m Mike the Owner of this Dealership and I just wanted to say hello. He introduced us to Joe D, said he’d been there over 40 years and could answer any questions. Then a voice from behind speaks out, Hello I’m Joe. Soooo, we did buy a CR-V Tourning Hybrid, lol But let me tell you……Mike told us it’s our day, tell him the number you like and he will make it happen. It happened. Way more to this great experience. Two things: there is a 2013 Honda Sport on the lot that is a great car that we miss, Mike as long as you’re in Business you have a customer In Fort Worth , Texas. Can you imagine a mobile dealership coming to your job, house for an oil change etc. what a perfect concept in this age and time. Thank You Mike & Joe D, Thank You Serra Honda Crew

You know what? This Honda showroom is very politeful and they're very friendly. Most importantly, it's so relaxing when we are interacting with the agent or any person who is working in Honda.
