Miserable person the phone. I had no idea you had to be in the Navy to become a member of this credit union until I called. You don't need to be a member or employee of the Government to have GEICO insurance and they are the Government Employees Insurance Co. Typical for 2023

Truly the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. They allowed an internal member to hack my account for thousands without verifying it with me prior. ALL THEY ARE ABLE TO TELL ME IS THE INVESTIGATION WILL TAKE 10 DAYS… NOT TO MENTION THIS IS THE THIRD TIME MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

I found out when I needed to pay my house payment that my debit card privileges were revoked for a year and the appeal could only be made to the fraud department which. Wouldn't be in till 9am next morning

The customer service is good and I know that wait times are beyond their control but getting better. I use mobile banking most days but everyone is always nice when I go in the branch.

Got there early, because there's always a line outside due to covid restrictions, but the experience was great. We were spaced out. The representative was the most kind and patient person I've worked with in a bank. Very pleasant encounter with all needs and changes promptly met.

Great location and super clean facility. Their staff was very helpful and they got me in and out. I did have to wait out side, but even with 4 or 5 people in line I only had to wait 4 or 5 minutes to go inside.

I would give half a star if it was an option but because it isn't 1 will have to do. Let me start off by saying that I am waiting in the cold right now to get inside an empty building so I can deposit a check. Absolutely ridiculous wait times! How many people have to get sick waiting in the cold just to enter this bank. I can not understand the stupidity of the people working here and of the state for allowing it.
