Great experience at Newbold! Stefan Sarcevic, my salesman, was knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. He walked me through all of the features of the car, talked through trade-in and price, and answered all the questions I had (and I had a lot!). Chris Newbold, the general manager, has truly created a family environment at the dealership. Even though this dealership is farther from my house than other Toyota dealerships, I would use them again just for the experience and attention to detail.

We dealt with Adam Weigand and greatly appreciated his patience with us as we test drove a car we ended up not liking/getting. He was polite and approachable. We hope to be back in contact with him again when the right car comes around.

We purchased a Sienna Hybrid 2025 van and our salesman Nick Peppler . He was able to answer any question we asked about the new van. He treated us very well and was very understanding since we are seniors. The paper work that had to be signed went so fast that it was hard to understand what we were signing. After the sale we had questions and he answered them all. You have a good salesman there in Nick and you need more like him.

Stephan, my salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain every detail, and made sure I felt confident about my decision.

Stefan did a great job for us. He even followed up with us after purchase of our new RAV 4. He explained the brake function, and the screen functions which, as older people are not so easy to navigate. He was patient and helpful. Thank you

I had an excellent experience at Newbold Toyota working with David Stevens. The price listed online was exactly what I paid — no games, no tricks, no surprise add-ons. David was straightforward, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I bought a 2025 Sienna. (very hard to find)
They also handled my trade-in far better than expected. A previous dealer where I first test-drove a Sienna offered me much less to start and still finished below where Newbold began. I didn’t even try to negotiate with Newbold — their offer was already stronger than the other dealership, Kelley Blue Book, and Carvana.
The only bit of sales push came at the very end from the finance manager offering an extended warranty, but it was handled respectfully and without pressure. I declined, and that was that. Some dealerships try to guilt, confuse, or intimidate buyers during that step — not here.
Newbold Toyota and David Stevens earned my trust. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a transparent, fair car-buying experience. My family and I plan to be back despite 5 different St. Louis Toyota dealers being closer to where we live.

New Bold Toyota has outstanding customer service! Every time we go, we are greeted and asked how we are doing. If you are looking for a new vehicle but don’t know how much you could get for your current one, go to the service department at Newbold Toyota and ask for Mr. Micah Miranda! He has always taken care of us, gave us a fair and great price on our trade in. Micah is one of the best, he is very professional and cares about his customers! There’s no hassle or pressure, just easy conversation and he will give you the numbers straight. This is the fifth Toyota vehicle we have bought from Newbold and the experience is always so enjoyable. We had Mr. Nick Peppler for our sales rep. and he was absolutely fantastic. He is someone who just radiates happiness and wanting those around him happy too. He also showed us every button and ensured we knew all the new technology on our new vehicle. Thanks Micah & Nick for the awesome experience and taking outstanding care of us. I feel scammed.
Bought a car here. Came back with temp tags still on and 8 issues that showed up after I drove it off the lot—some major like large sections of paint peeling off and an SRS airbag malfunction. Some minor like a missing roof rack cover and dead battery in one of the keys.
They wasted my time for an hour and then said they would not cover a single issue. If I wanted them fixed I’d have to pay—even for the SRS airbag malfunction (on a car I literally just bought from them need I remind you).
I did not feel safe driving off the lot without them fixing at least the airbag issue so I agreed to pay them to fix the ONE issue since the rest are annoying but I can live with. They charged me over $400 to “fix” the airbag malfunction, and they did not fix it. The malfunction message encouraging me to urgently visit my dealer still pops up on almost every drive (and you can’t get rid of it blocking your main dashboard display until you turn off the car). Contacted management, and they never returned my call.
This must be the main way they make their money—tricking people out of it. Otherwise why wouldn’t they stand behind the car they just sold me? If this was a rare occurrence you’d think they would have the decency to do the right thing and apologize for selling me a car with these issues and fix them. But they won’t even replace a dead key battery?They can’t say, “oh sorry, one of the four roof rack covers in the car we sold you was missing? Of course we’ll give you one! Oh sorry, we sold you a key with a dead battery? Of course we’ll fix that for you!” Nope. They want $40 for the missing plastic that was missing when they sold it to me and $10 to replace a dead battery on the key they just sold me. God knows how much to fix their other mistakes. Ask yourself, if this isn’t the main way they make money, why wouldn’t they fix even a single issue on a car I just purchased from them? If you’re still set on Toyota, I’d try your luck somewhere else.
