The corporate office should of been called on this O’Fallon Illinois Rainbow location years ago the females are very unprofessional rude poor people and business skills I’m so excited that it’s many other on line stores out now that appreciate your money and business Rainbow employees run away their customers and money

The white girl with the braids her attitude is HORRIBLE. I simply went in for a return and when she first approached the counter her attitude just sucked. From the way she talked to the way her attitude was. Not a good look rainbow already known as the ghetto store but to have her as a “manager” is not a good luck. I don’t know who pissed her off but there’s a way to deal and interact with customers than what she displayed. I took my business elsewhere due to that smh do better rainbow

This is a great store if you are looking for a great outfit or chill set for the evening or anytime! They are so reasonably priced and there are so many sales going on, whether it be shoes, clothes, or purses. They have something for the whole family from the kids to the grown-ups.

Ghetto !!! No one greets you when you walk in. The manager stayed on the phone the entire time I was shopping . They have fitting rooms but won’t let you try the clothes on . Covid is over . Do your job ! No one to buy clothes take them home then try them on and return them. Too much time and energy when you have fitting rooms available! Stl locations let you try clothes on right on the floor if they don’t have fitting rooms !

I went into Rainbow in OFallon Illinois and I bought some shorts. I asked to put them on in the dressing room and I was told by the cashier that their dressing rooms were closed.

I recommend going to the Rainbows located in St Clair Mall. It's way more spacious and the employees are friendly. The lady with the terrible half up, half down wavy quick weave in Ofallon is TERRIBLE. Not only does she look like she should be working at the Goodwill instead, her attitude is disgusting too.

Happened upon this store in O'Fallon, Illinois after having my nails done. I just thought that I would browse to see what I could see. Well, let me tell you that it was the best thing I could have ever done. It caters to ladies sizes 2-12 and 14-24 plus size and the quality is amazing for the price. I found plus size shirts and blouses for as little as $3.99 up to $16.99 and fashionable dress clothes for up to $24.99. Great prices, selections, customer service is outstanding. A definite recommendation from me.
You can't go wrong as long as you wash and dry in cold water that's what I do and add Downey.
