The worst experience ever. Steve was so RUDE today. I will never recommend no one the them. All because he was doing my nails wrong. As of Now the nail shop inside of Walmart is the WORST

The owner who does the placing and filing of the nails gave my mother a bad experience and made her cry. Than man was shaving down her nails and were rough, and making her flinch in pain. He was get frustrated with the fact that he was hurting her, but she tried to sit still and let him know he was causing her pain. Than she told the man that two nails were not the right shape because he continued to file them down where they was loosing shape. He got upset if “you don’t like how I do them, than I’ll cut them off.” She never wanted them cut off, but he proceeded to clip all the acrylic tips off. Than he left her sitting there and said “you don’t like them, go find someone else to do them” She told him he was being really rude and needed to take the rest of the remaining nail acrylics off before she leave. He told her he wasn’t and needed her to m over to get the next customer.
So we went to customer service and customer service told them they needed to atleast remove the acrylic since they applied it. If you don’t want her to return, thats okay but atleast remove the acrylic. One of the nail lady said if we remove it, she has to pay for the removal. I chime in and said that wasn’t fair if they were the one refusing services. Its not ethnically right to leave the acrylic on the nails, because he we go someone else to get our nails did, that would be an additional charge to removed the messed up acrylic first.
The man who did her nails got up snapping saying “I don’t work for walmart. I don’t work for you. I don’t have to listen, I won’t do what you asking.” The walmart customer service tried to plead with him and said he pay rent to walmart and should atleast try to be reasonable. He was stubborn, and said no they can leave because he not working for nobody.
Than walmart got the store manager. Once the summoned the store manager, THAN the nail man gave us a customer service number. He said if we have a problem call them, but he is not taking the acrylic off because he doesn’t want to.
The walmart manager said he legally can’t make him do it. All he can do is not renew his lease if he continues to get complaint. And he agreed that is was very unprofessional. He also gave us another Regal Nail number to call.
We called the first the nail guy gave us, and we are waiting on a call back to see if their customer service can get them to atleast remove the dangerous acrylic.
And to add, we came to this shop a couple times and never had a bad experience. The guy clearly was already frustrated before servicing my mother and took his anger out on her. We never seen him act and behave like that. And its unfortunate because I as person, wanted to ask if he needed a hug and to calm down because he clearly wasn’t himself in the moment.
And I was trying to make my mother feel cuts today because she been having a hard time, and you completely made her feel self conscious and not cared about. She literally cried so bad after we left. I will never come here again.

Refused service due to having a service dog with me. Have no idea what Illinois state laws say about service dogs. I am a 32 year disabled veteran. And you refuse service due to I have my service dog with me. Manager very unfriendly

Steven is the best nail artist! He always takes care of my nails no matter how long between appointments! He does such an amazing job that I can wait a month between visits( I had 1 break, not his fault all mine!) I always let him choose what colors and or designs he lets Kathy do! I will always see Steven until he moves or I move!
Today he and Kathy chose Very Cherry gel polish with the magnetic polish on top. These pics of 2 angles to show the difference in angles.

I used to go to this place faithfully. But in recent months they've lost my business. I noticed the price of the Pedi being a few dollars more. I pointed it out to the owner, as a smartass he replied the sign 2 years old. But the charge went up $3 from the previous time. Then to be $48 you have to see if they painted your skin..
Finally Saturday I walked in with my 10 year old son. The place was empty. They told me he had to sit outside it's customers only. He's a child. Would they leave their child outside. No she's in your face looking at you. I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. That was the final straw.

Very good nail Techs!!! He fixed a botched job on my nails that was terrible and took time and patience to correct the shape and change color on my french tips. Highly recommend!

The lady did a good job but, not one time did she use any type of moisture on my hand for a manicure . All she use was water and bowl to set my hand in for a manicure and jell nails. She half done both of my hands and a dry manicure . When she did my pedicure it was the same way dry. I would not go back to that nail shop again. It was all about the money . It was like herding cattle threw. It was a fast job.Services: Manicure
