I love banking at this Regions. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I never have to wait in the drive through and their app is easy to use as well.

The people on staff always answer any questions I have , help me understand things , and have solved some of my problems. They are helpful , and not pushy !

Absolutely the worst branch in the metro east. So, a friend goes and does teller transaction deposit and this lady seem to be very rude and unappreciative towards my friend. No hello or cordial greeting of any kind! Proceed to run the deposit and friend shows her an ID. Well, she just flat out say ID is not necessary for deposit with a condescending tone. Without a comment from a comment from my friend, she continues with "no one deposits money to someone else's account", as if it was stupid to show ID. She could have just stopped as ID is not necessary. The tone and facial expression on her face indicate a lot of disrespect towards a customer. Maybe it was the color of his skin. Who know's!!! But, it was obvious the remarks came across as insulting. Friend express displeasure and she just brush him off with "have good day". As if she could careless about his feelings. Ask to see the manager and she claims to be one. Hard to believe with her behavior but if she is then this certain branch is to be avoided. I sure hope Regions see this and train their people with compassion and respect towards people especially bank members. Everyone deserves and should be treated with respect no matter the color of skin. Just saying!

I have been a regions customer for over 15 years (I actually got an account at the tail end of the bank known as Planters). Regions has been great. I started as a student with very little to my name. They treated me with the same excellent kindness then as they do now that I have several business accounts as well as a personal checking account. Five stars seems limited for how great they are! Thanks Regions.

I love customer service of this facility. For me, it is not the name of the bank, yet the people who work there. I have had the accounts at this bank through 3 banks changes from Magna, Union Planters, and now Regions. Relationships is most important for business.
