Self Storage in O'Fallon, IL

“Just a few days ago I had won an online auction for a unit at the O'Fallon, IL location. After arriving to make my payment and my deposit, Ray personally walked me to the unit and opened it up for me. I removed a large amount of the items and returned the following day, yesterday. Not long after I got there, Ray had noticed that I was there, and came up to see how everything was going, and not in a rushing manner, but in a genuine manner. I just got done dealing with a situation and explained how a trailer that I was supposed to rent had fallen through. He had offered to help me with loading my vehicle after hours on his own personal time, but I refused. The man is genuinely a very nice and humble man, and though I was grateful for the offer, he deserved to be able to end his work day and spend the remainder with his wife. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would absolutely do it with no questions asked. I will absolutely be looking forward to more online auctions at this location because of having such a great experience. Thank you so much Ray for the hospitality, you are very much appreciated sir.”

“My husband is the one who originally got the contract so I had never seen it well when it came time to move into our house it was me on my own as my husband is military and overseas. I went in to ask if there was any way to prorate us for 4 days as our rent was due but being alone I couldn’t move the heavy things I went in to ask and the lady was very rude and disrespectful and said “you signed the contract it says no prorating so you have to have it out or pay for the entire month” I was so upset I fully understand yes we signed a contract but I had no clue as I had never seen it but she could have been a little nicer instead of being so snarky about it just poor customer service although when I went back to pay two days later the young lady in there was super sweet to me so I guess it depends on who you talk to”

“I went to get somethings out of my storage unit and everything seemed top top. My favorite part is I have 24/7 access to my belongings which is great. Thank you Stuff Self Storage you're doing a wonderful job maintaining my things!”

“Owner is very cooperative! I moved into town with two vehicles full of stuff that I wasn't going to use immediately, but soon found I had no place to keep it yet. Called the number on the sign, and owner answered and found me a space immediately, even with him being out of town at the time! He was kind enough to mail me a 1 month contract and let me mail the check. I moved out on the last day of the month, and that was that. No BS! Needs a little more space for vehicles to move around but that's the only downside. Definitely recommended.”
