I paid for sparkle car wash and I think guy before me got that wash. Don't know s/he also paid for sparkle wash. The way the screen upon entering car wash indicated felt like vehicle before me was getting sparkle wash. I was in the car wash before I can know if I am getting top tier service which I paid for or not and wash itself did not feel like it was worth the price. I was expecting few extra gadgets to work tire and rim cleaner also kicked in late.

Great car wash. The instructions are really easy to see and use, so there is no confusion as to what to do while your going thru the car wash. They have a place to clean your car mats that I think is great. The membership is not bad, and they have a discount on Tuesdays.

They push you thru way to fast for a clean car wash. I worked at a car wash for years, its how they get more cars in per hr when busy ! Wash at home or better yet buy some waterless wash and save $$$.

Tried your top of the line wash 2x. Very poor wash both times there will not be a 3rd. belt moves too fast to deliver a proper and complete wash especially for $22 . car exits and is still massively wet. If you want to try and wipe it down over concern of water spots good luck with that. No blue towels or any type of water mop available. workers and apparently the owner are unconcerned from the way other reviews appear. ITS A RIPOFF! I can get that kind of wash at a gas station for a lot less. Pass on all three of these in this area.

This conveyor belt car wash is quick and convenient but.... it's a lil too quick. You know how when kids wash their hands and they just put soap on their fingertips and rinse em off real fast? Well this is like that.. The soap and water don't work together. The soap will hit some spots and the water will miss them spots. The dryer is just there for dramatic effects. I end up going through twice just to get a "thorough" wash. It's alright...but it can definitely be better.

Is it normal to have someone working there who doesn’t spray/scrub for bugs on your grill before you enter the car wash? He looked at the front intently but did nothing.I just paid $18 for a car wash and the front of my car looks like this. No different than a basic wash except I supposedly got hot wax.

*EDIT TO INCLUDE*-I filed a complaint with the BBB(which is the only way I’ve gotten a response), and they are still refusing to pay for damages. If you look at BBB there are tons of people who filed damage claims with them and they deny them all!!! But they tell me “there is no way their equipment did that.” So I guess everyone that filed a BBB claim is lying? I think not.DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!! On 6/2 I went through the car wash and came out with a MASSIVE crack in my windshield. I immediately drove back around to tell them what happened. They took an incident report and pictures and said the manager would be in touch. About 10 days later I received a call back stating “they reviewed the tapes and couldn’t see where the damage would’ve occurred and none of their machines would do that.” I asked if there was someone else I could talk to. This is a MASSIVE crack and it wasn’t there before I went through. They told me to call the collinsville branch and speak to the owner that runs O’Fallon, Collinsville, and Swansea. I called, she wasn’t there, so I left a message. 7-10 days went by without a call so I called again and left another message. Today I called AGAIN, and was told she wasn’t there and they said they would pass on the message. We will see if I get a call back, and I will edit if I do. They don’t want to take accountability for the damage and I see that is unfortunately a trend with this car wash. Save yourself the time and $$$ and go to a different car wash. I will be out AT LEAST $500 due to their machines and they refuse to claim responsibility. This is a terrible way to run a business.Service: Auto detailing

I’ve been a Sparkle package member for about a year. I’ve been coming through the wash at least once a week most of that duration. Normally I’ll be recognized, they’ll send me through I get a fairly decent wash and go about my day. Today Aug 10 at roughly 530pm I had a slightly different experience. People I don’t recognize working here, which is fine. I tell them my name and package, I get up to the wash and it states I am receiving basic, not only that but they’re waving and pointing to make sure I’m in neutral, I’ve been coming here a while I know to put the car in neutral and give plenty of space for the car in front of you... But since I didn’t get the wash I’ve been paying for and it’s been about a week since my last, I went back to the window and gave my name again and specifically requested my Sparkle wash, again they sent me through but this time with a Deluxe. Cancelled my membership after about a year coming here just because it’s not hard to give a customer what they’re paying for. That and your car will always has some soap left on it at the end. I’ll go elsewhere I guess.

First and only time I used this car wash, my car came out with many areas where paint was taken off. Do not use this car wash! This photo is just one spot of many.

Fast, convenient and does a good job automatically washing and drying the car. The free vacuums actually work and are plentiful!

This is an update. Rude employees, terrible service. They run your car through so fast it will come out with soap still on it. If you complain, they cancel your account and barr you. The worst Customer Service I've had in a long time.Service: Car waxing

I read the options sign in the window, and chose the $18 wash. The clerk said that wash is actually $22. I agreed, since you literally can’t turn around and leave. After the wash I pulled in to vacuum, and noticed my license plate was gone. So I go in and ask for my plate back, hoping for an apology or a refund, and they go in and grab me a license plate. It wasn’t even my plate. This place is a graveyard for license plates.
