Clean, well equipped and organized studio. Proprietor Andrew is world class. I have worked as a professional in group fitness and with one-on-one clientele for years. I’ve been with my StretchMove trainer Andrew for years. He keeps me moving and motivated. He has helped me through Osteoporosis and has kept me moving In spite of my knee issues. All the trainers at StretchMove are knowledgeable and health conscientious. They train you with the utmost attention to form and your capabilities. I have found that stretching after my workouts is not only beneficial, but key to my agility now at 66 years of age. The facility is centrally located, clean, wellequipped and a comfortable, non judge mental environment to workout in no matter what your age.Try StretchMove you won’t be disappointed you have everything to gain!

Without Andrew I would not be able to play tennis or walk well. He listens when something hurts and adjusts. Each workout is different, challenging but easily attainable. His stretching is life changing for me. He was, through time, able to locate the source of my pain and get the knots rolled out. He is very concerned with proper form and adjusts you as you are performing each exercise. He is knowledgeable, precise while working toward goals. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to workout or is involved with sports. His purpose is to allow you to play that sport as long as possible.

I have fibromyalgia. Andrew has worked patiently with me to create a workout that has allowed me to get stronger without causing any flare ups. I also play tennis and the workouts and stretches give me better mobility and prevent injury. He is always prepared and remembers everything that works for me and doesn’t.
