Kori did an excellent job on my hair cut! I am an African American woman who goes here for trims because black stylists are just too expensive! I can wash and style my own hair, just need someone to give me a professional trim every 6-8 weeks.

Requested style: Shoulder length with layers and face framing pieces. Cut perfectly. Walked out with a big smile.
Hair type: I have a wavy kinda curly hair texture and got a cut suited for my needs
Stylist: Kori did my cut and style. She was fantastic, talked me through everything but the cut was kind of a big change for me. Did exactly what I wanted and blended my layers nicely. Would use her again!

Top notch experience from start to finish!

Stylist: Bridget is an amazing stylist. Patient, thorough and professional. 15 years with Supercuts so she's not inexperienced. Her chairside manner is easy going, engaging and she has a calmness that I appreciated. I'll be sure to keep requesting her when I need my haircuts in the future.

It wasn't a bad experience. The person cutting my hair was nice and friendly. I didn't realize the price was so high for a basic haircut. I should have checked or asked. The one problem I do have is I didn't realize one section of my hair is longer than the other by about a half inch. It was a few days ago that I got it cut. Not sure if I can even say anything at this point. I've been so busy the last week I haven't had time to go back in.

I didn’t want to make this post, but I am in tears every time I look at my hair. I came in and said I need a trim and some light layers. We agreed about an inch and a half. My hair is part on the side and she asked if that’s where I normally part my hair, which I do. In the end it looks like I have two different haircuts. The left side (where my part is) is slightly longer than the right, and the layers are longer. It looks like if my hair was layered with a center part, which makes the layers on my right side (opposite my part) very short. She asked what I thought and I said the layers were shorter than I was expecting and asked to bring the length up a bit to even it out so my hair wasn’t so rounded. She did, and I think that helped the left side, but the right is still incredibly short. I’m not sure if I should have asked for something different as to the miscommunication, but besides that it is uneven overall. I will add that the stylist was very nice and didn’t seem distracted, I just think her style leans more towards an older generation that led to the style I half ended up with.
