Great workers. My husband forgot that he left his wallet inside the U-Haul and we had already put them in the drop box. Luckily we waited til about 8pm for them to come close the gates and the owner was nice enough to come down and open the office so my husband could get his wallet. I’m so grateful that they were understanding and helpful. Very close to Scott AFB and convenient

Every time I've used their services it's been nothing but excellence. They were closed by the time we were done with the u-haul, but it's a good thing they had a drop box for the keys.

They smoke inside this location. I made the mistake of buying boxes here and now my new house smells like smoke. Everything we own will need to be washed or replaced including furniture.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE !!! The Lady is so rude literally , has a bad attitude and talk to you as if your slow & uneducated , very very disgusted with customer services quality! Will be contacting the better business bureau !

I tried to rent a truck for a Sunday, and even went in ahead of time to ensure I knew what I was doing (since I knew they would be closed at the time of pick-up). The lady ensured she’d send me directions for obtaining the keys the night before. She never sent them. Fortunately, the U-haul app is pretty straightforward - but then we couldn’t get the “24/7” lockbox to open! After 25 minutes of fighting with the lockbox in 40°, we finally got ahold of a customer service representative and they said there was nothing they could do because it was Sunday and the business was closed. I called a few days later regarding U-haul’s truck guarantee or they give you $50, and the lady at this business said “we have nothing to do with that.” Poor business all around.

I've used this location more than a few times. I've read some of the other reviews and I don't think people are giving the staff at this location a fair assessment. They actually have an excellent focus on customer service. They can be no nonsense at times. But that might be because they are trying to get the job done when they know they have a line of customers waiting to get whatever or drop off whatever. It's not the company staff's fault when another customer doesn't drop equipment off as scheduled. Things happen. I know the staff to be accommodating as much as possible and I do appreciate their level of attention to detail. They may not be perfect, but they have been ideal for me and my family's needs.

Stopped in this location to get basic pricing information for an upcoming out of state move. I'm assuming this is a husband and wife that operates this location. When I arrived they were clearly eating lunch with their food out in front of them , but no biggie...everybody needs a lunch break. I apologized for interrupting during their lunch. I asked a few questions which required the wife to have to go to her computer and pull up the information. SHE WAS NOT HAPPY. She slammed her plate down while rolling her eyes sayong "id have to look it up" at that point I just walked clear out the door because I wasn't going to further going to subject myself to such rude behavior and definitely wasn't going to give my hard earned coin to such nasty people!!! I'll go to another location to do business with where they know how to treat others with courtesy and respect.

Great business! The owners and staff are very knowledgeable. They've been able to help with all my moving needs. Check their hours and availability of vehicles before going out there.
