We have been using this Walgreens for many years they are in the middle of town and easily accessible from anywhere. They are also not far from the interstate. The parking lot is ample and well lit . They have gift cards and greeting cards. They also stock many convenience items like snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine . We have used their photo counter to make prints for our elderly family members. I have only begun to mention the inventory which includes makeup and family planning items. The pharmacy staff is extremely busy and is very helpful. High staff turnover and supply chain issues have made for some challenges lately so make a point of double checking prescriptions prior to leaving.

It's Walgreens not some high end store. They have what I need when I need it. They are courteous employees and always say welcome when folks walk in. The pharmacy might be understaffed but they are pleasant and patient with everyone

Worst Walgreens EVER! Rude and slow!! I'm regretting changing my previous pharmacy to this one. I'm an extremely nice guy and ANYTIME I have to go to this Walgreens causes by blood pressure to spike! I also wanted to add, I've gotten messages from them telling me my prescription is ready for pickup only to be told it's no where near being ready. Judging by the other reviews and stories people tell me I'm surprised that they're not working on their customer service.

The pharmacy here should be avoided PERIOD! I've had numerous problems here. I had to refill my epilepsy medication about two months ago and I got the same brand of meds for years. Because they are cheap they gave me another brand and it gave me seizures so I had to stick with a certain brand. One time I opened the bottle and they were different looking so I googled the description of the pill and it wasn't my meds at all. It was a heart medication which could have been dangerous had I taken the 200 mg of it. A month after, they gave me the wrong brand again and I had to jump through hoops to get an emergency amount until my full script was filled. There is bigger man there who is the pharmacist and I told him they weren't right and on my sheet it says *unichem only* the nice girl ringing me out asked him to go look and he peaked around the corner and strait said no to my face. I called the next morning and the woman said that they do have them and oddly the bottle had my name on it. That means he didn't even look at all. She was nice enough to fill it immediately and I picked it up minutes after. That man is careless and a bold faced liar. He could have given me medicine that sent me into gran mal seizures. The only person I've ever had an issue with is him aside from another girl who tried to argue with me about what my meds were. I've taken These same meds for 15 years I know what my meds are and what they look like. If I took those heart meds and just trusted him on his word, it could of made me sick or even killed me if I was allergic. That could have been a big law suit so I suggest they take it seriously and every look up your pills from here if they are different do not trust them on their word.

Very disappointed in their drive through pharmacy. Waited over an hour around 2pm on a Friday (this happens almost every time tho). I understand they have people waiting inside as well but they have one person working the window. 12 cars were behind me. If people are disabled or so sick they don't want to walk or be inside around CoVID then they will have to wait a long time in the drive through. Side not they have very friendly staff working the store side.

Very disappointed with this Walgreens!!! Had a problem every time I filled a prescription and the staff was very rude. Talked to the pharmacy manager and thought everything was good, wrong! Next time I picked up my meds they were not all done, or with the right insurance, which the manger put a note in the computer for everyone to follow. (That was the 4th time for the same medicine they wouldn't fill!) Tried to talked to the manager, but had to talk to the store manager Mike. He was no help and didn't listen to me. He just wanted to say that they were doing what they could. Will not be going back.

The young lady who came and helped us is wonderful. She has great patience, knowledge and care to make sure you are have all the help you need. And we needed alot. When thanked her she said that's why I'm here and I'm happy to help. Great customer service. She deserves a large raise.

Lazy Went there on a Sunday at 5:15 to get some flu shots. Pharmacy closes at 6:00. They said they did not have enough time to give the shots. It takes like 5 minutes to give a shot and 15 minutes to wait after. No where on the website does it say you have to arrive one hour before closing. They just did not feel like doing it and made up some excuse. Was a waste of our time. Will not be coming back.

Normally I'm pretty happy with the service here. Today, though, my son was prescribed something by his doctor that he needed to start right away. She called in it while we drive to this Walgreens. Got here and they had no record of it or her call. So I had no choice but to leave and get ahold of our doctor. Once home I learned that she had called it in and they just weren't checking their voicemail at Walgreens. I couldn't return immediately, so when I did get back to try again, the Rx had been called in almost five hours prior. I went to pick it up and again there was no record of it and they just shrugged and said they didn't have it. I suggested they check their voicemail and got a blank look. I pressed further and finally one woman in the back overheard me and said she'd check the voicemail. She was listening to voicemail messages for a full 15 minutes and writing them down. And guess what!! Ours was among them. Good thing I insisted they check. Of course, I got no apologies or anything from anyone here. Meanwhile, it's now too late for my son to start this medication today. This is upsetting. I am no longer impressed by this place.
