It's a high school of mostly mean workers taking whatever out on you. Hard to get help. I think they could do better but I don't what's really going on.

Ran in close to closing time foe a few quick items. The cashier was the only store employee i interacted with, but she was good. You could tell she was ready for her day to end... but kept a smile on and helped me quickly. I had tonrun outside because I forgot my card. She held mu stuff and waited for me. She also offered to watch my stuff as I ran to the bathroom after finishing the transaction.

Little or no checkers. BOO! At least they always have receipt checkers at the door to argue with…..?Snd lets not forget about the store employee “Shoppers” who will run over a real shopper if they DARE get in the way!

The atmosphere at this location is awful and very unsettling.I’m very uncomfortable with the vibe here. , i don’t like being “WATCHED” while checking out it has happened more than twice. The workers who do it aren’t even discreet about it. Any other location no issue no problem but this one.

Rude staff, treat their shoppers like thieves.

This Walmart is a convenient one-stop-shop. It offers a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The store is typically clean, and the staff is helpful. While it may lack a bit in ambiance, it's a go-to for everyday needs and savings

Who decides which receipts to check and which ones you don’t? Stereotyping? I walked out today with just a gallon a milk, it obviously wasn’t in a bag. I got stopped at the door to check my receipt…for a $2.50 gallon of milk? Why? Do I look suspicious? Do I look like I’m dumb enough to try and steal a gallon of milk? It’s ridiculous to alienate your customers like that, if I were to steal, it’d be worth something more than a gallon of milk. Between being harassed by NRG every time I walk in the door, to having my receipt checked for a simple item like that. I’m definitely done coming to this store. I hope others follow suit.

Well i have called this store 2 times in a row and pressed 0 for the operator it rand atbleast 5 times unanswereng then disconnected my call. I am very unhappy since I need to have them go back and look at a pur have I paid cash for on, I bought 2 -4 packs of bed risers and there were no self check outs that night open the cashier charged me for 8- 4 packs of bed risers my purchase should have been $16.88 for these but I was charges $67.52 for these 2 items it's a 36 min ride to this store and there are 2 stores closer to me it will cost me $9.00 to drive there I sure don't want to spend the gas to drive there & back till I have to. I purchased a lot of groceries today at this particular Walmart and they never had one check out person working a register. This was before 11am, they only had self checkout registers available. I've never been to a Walmart where they refuse to check you out. I always thought this was an option. I asked one employee why there were no cashiers and she said it was because corporate wanted it that way to save money on paying the number of employees. To me this is just poor customer service. I had no room to put my groceries while I was bagging them. If I wanted to bag groceries I would get a job as a cashier. That was a very nerve racking experience for me to say the least. I will not return to that store again.
