Dustin and Nate delivered to my neighbor. It's a nice thing as a neighbor to have Dustin explain that he and Nate would be in front of my door for a few minutes. I said sure, they lady had just moved in.
Nate and a different employee showed back up. Nate came back and let me know that he'd be in front of the door again. Someone mentioned batteries. I offered double and triple A to help. They corrected the issue.
Hats off to the store manager and training of these men. They're a great face for your brand.
I'm NOT the customer. These guys are friendly polite to the other people regardless of being a customer.
I do hope these employees understand how much as the neighbor I appreciate the thoughtfullness and rhowvespectful they were.
