I have had several issues with TrustBank including my debit card randomly declining for no reason and getting blocked when I try to make online purchases there has been no explanation as to why either. I have been with this bank for over 9 years. I just switched to a different bank and all of my banking problems are gone! They should change the name to TrashBank!

All the employees have always been very helpful, professional and kind. I have banked with them for several years as did my Mother.
