Next to impossible to actually speak with an associate. A month ago, I returned something for Amazon, and the store associate had THE WORST attitude ever, probably bothered my presence in the store. If I had a question, her eyebrows were going up, exhausted..

Calling system is bull... whoever thought of this system need to be fired. Instruct to leave a message, however call is never returned. Distance to far just to ask a question about medication, or status of prescription. This system is a health hazard. If none of the prompts apply to what you are calling about, you are S.O.L.

The entire staff at the CVS in
Olympia Fields Illinois
(including the pharmacy)
receive a #5 star
rating from me for conducting themselves
in a more courteous - professional manner
than any of the numerous CVS stores I have shopped at over the years.

The pharmacy manager Courtney has the worse attitude. With the construction going on next door. It’s hard to hear. As if she doesn’t know this. She gets an attitude and slams my prescriptions in the drawer and shoves them out to me and walked off. Now I called to get the corporate number and asked for the manager and i was told it was Courtney. So I said no thanks I will just call Corporate. Guess who called me to apologize. None other than Courtney. Said she doesn’t usually say have a nice day or is there anything else? Not you called to apologize and make excuses for your behavior.

I recently visited this CVS and Matt at the front register was so kind, helpful and intentional when providing me with assistance.
Also, the pharmacy staff was amazing. As a school nurse, I had to safely dispose of outdated and other medications by law. The pharmacist provided me with the information and guidance needed to dispose of the medications in an appropriate area near the pharmacy.
This was one of the best experiences that I have had. I had help with what I needed and the atmosphere and staff were all great. Keep it up. Thank you all.

Pharmacist Courtney at Store 1768, Olympia Fields, I'll. I asked for information regarding a protein drink featured on CVS Website after not finding it on the shelf. Ms. Courtney directed me to staff in the store as she is only responsible for items behind the counter. When did pharmacist stop helping with over the counter supplements, etc. I didn't know if this item was one of the many locked up items. Courtney tone and demeanor suggested she didn't want to service a senior citizen in this heavy diverse area. Thank you for the opportunity to speak regarding my issue today, 6/10/24.

I've been going here very frequently for the past 4 months to get my grandfather's medications and every time the pharmacy staff is very nice. Many of these reviews say they're rude and provide terrible service but not once did I leave having a negative experience. The only thing I will complain about is the fact that there is one cashier in front and 2 self checks. Most of the time there is a line for the cashier(3-4 customers long)and if you use the self check chances are it will mess up and you'd still have to wait for the one person on duty to come over and help. Other than that, I will say the store is always clean so ?

Every time I visit this pharmacy, either they're understaffed and slow or they have NASTY ATTITUDES.

What can be said...a WHOLE LOT!!! This CVS in Olympia Fields has changed in customer service and it's NOT for the better! Ever since they closed multiple locations and shipped everyone to this location the Staff has been EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would go in and know every tech and Pharmacist by name and they would know me as well. Now, I don't know anyone anymore. However, I do know the rude staff there!! They are impatient, and rude, and the last time, we were there the Pharmacist accused my Mother who is legally blind of tampering with her medicine. There is also always an issue with medication refills and the text feature through CVS. The staff/ Pharmacist there always responds by calling your doctor or calling your insurance we can't help You. Corporate needs to look into the store and its employees and adjust accordingly.
